These pillows are so soft but slightly firm. They are very well made and constructed. They keep their shape quite well and you can even use them to sit up in bed as well and not have to worry about them falling down behind you. They are also easy to clean as well. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking for a good quality pillow as they will hold up and you will get a good night sleep!

I love this pillow, my neck feels so good! I sleep on my left side with my arm underneath the pillow, it allows my neck to be aligned straight, not tilted. My old Serta did its' job, but then I always felt that I had pulled my neck during the night. It is definitely a firm pillow but its soft enough to allow perfect alignment if you sleep on your side alot. You will always get a good nights rest sleeping on these! I found that it keeps my head cool, which I love because sometimes I'll sweat on my face during the night.

I have tried sooo many pillows looking for a good one to offer support snd softness. I belive this is the golden ticket to comfortable sleep. The feel of the cover feels luxurious with the textured pattern, which also helps with air flow. There is a 2-inch gusset to offer lift but also adds pliability. Coming from heavy memory foam foam pillows, this is remarkably lightweight yet adequately fluffy and supportive. The description of spa-like is fitting as it reminds me of high-end facial pillows. So far, it has held up well for over a month and unlike those with the chunks of memory foam, this one seems to not need repositioning or fluffing. This is a 2-pack of Standard/Queen size ("Jumbo") Medium/Firm Spa Knit pillows from Serta's SleepTrue line of bedding. They are constructed from 100% polyester and as such, are hypoallergenic and antimicrobial. The cover is a very soft waffle weave knit, allowing freedom of movement during sleep. The pillow is soft enough so that it can easily be folded over or fluffed out, if desired. As a side/back sleeper, I need additional firmness, so two pillows could easily be placed in the same pillowcase; but the medium firmness, as is, would probably be sufficient for a child or someone who does not need firm support. There is a 2" (100% cotton) gusset to provide extra depth and all seams are nicely finished with satin seam binding. While I have not yet needed to wash the pillows, the care instructions state that they are machine washable on a gentle cycle, and for maximum water extraction, a second spin cycle is recommended. Machine drying with tennis balls is also recommended, as is fluffing after drying. Because the pillows are well made, soft and comfortable, and require only simple care, they are a good value for the price and I would therefore recommend them.

These Serta spa pillows are the best! I never knew they sold pillows in a 2 pack. I love and ONLY buy Serta pillows for my family and they last the longest versus other brands. These pillows are super soft on the outside and firmer on the inside. They fit in a a standard pillow case and are just perfect for my neck injury.

These pillows are extremely comfortable. They are soft yet firm, it's like sleeping on a cloud. I like that they don't flatten while using. The width is just right allowing my neck and head to be in the perfect position for comfortable sleeping and support. The cover is a soft knit.

Serta Sleeptrue Spa Soft Pillow, 2 Pack Was looking for a decent set of pillows as my last ones are reaching their retirement limits. Serta is a name I felt was trustworthy as far as sleep is concerned so I had no problem getting these two "Spa Soft Standard Pillows". I was expecting an odor when first opening and there was none! Great introduction! My first impression upon laying on one is, it is a bit more firm and lighter than I was expecting. This of course could very well be that I'm so used to my old pretty flat ones. Nice change of pace. I really like the standard size and support these pillows give and after sleeping with them, I give them an A grade so far. They appear to be well made with fine stitching and really nice looking fabric. Almost don't wish to put a pillow case on them they look so good. Finally, these pillows are machine washable which should come in handy. So my first impression is, I'll give them my highest rating for support, firmness, weight and appearance. All in all, I'm hoping these will last a couple of years before retiring them. Looking forward to this sleep test.

I thought this was going to be way too lofty after seeing it but, I slept on it alone (I usually use a second pillowcase behind my main pillow, not under my head) and was surprisingly comfortable. I have horrible neck & shoulder issues, and chronic headaches (often migraines) and usually get one when trying to fall asleep if I don't already have one. Sleep evades me most nights. I try to sleep on my back but wind up turning to a side (exacerbating the issues). This felt really good when I was on my side; my neck felt supported and like it was being held almost ergonomically perfect. I have other Serta pillows which always start out great but wear down, but this is a totally synthetic material that really feels like it's going to hold its loft. My partner needs a new pillow and I think this is going to be a winner. My only star off is that it's so lofty, even my large, oversize linen pillowcases are a snug fit. They do fit, but envelope closures need to be treated carefully, and forget about it if it's an older pillowcase (before they started making them so oversized). I do recommend if you're looking for a pillow with the advertised features, and probably more for side-sleepers (and maybe back) than stomach. I did receive this item for free in exchange for my honest review.

I cannot do a review about comfort etc, because I have not slept on them. I won't, because they look like they have been used. there seems to be indentations in the center on both of them, so I'm going to return, and hope the replacements aren't used as well. This is very upsetting!

I would like to know where the firmness is in these pillows. These are way to soft. Your head sinks into the pillow and then the pillows feel like they fold up around your head. The support just isn't there for the neck and shoulders. I tried to use them all night but after 4 hours I had to go back to my regular pillows. I am a side and stomach sleeper and back to watch tv. I would not recommend these to anyone for and sleeping position.
