This pillow is truly wonderful. I have tried so many different pillows that start off great but within a month start losing it shape, or become too flat. This 2" thick pillow is so fluffy and super soft. 100% polyester shell and Fiber fill. It is machine washable which is a plus, has adjustable support, antimicrobial protection and a soft knit cover. You get two jumbo pillows and they are a nice size.

i got these pillows yesterday and could not wait to try them! i was a little worried because they are said to be firm and i like my pillows softer but these were like sleeping on clouds! i am a tummy sleeper and these are so comfortable. they remind me a lot of the fluffy hotel pillows! and i loved how they are very fluffy and soft right out the box - not vacuumed packed - but i was still able to relax and watch tv and have my head supported.

I have tried sooo many pillows looking for a good one to offer support snd softness. I belive this is the golden ticket to comfortable sleep. The feel of the cover feels luxurious with the textured pattern, which also helps with air flow. There is a 2-inch gusset to offer lift but also adds pliability. Coming from heavy memory foam foam pillows, this is remarkably lightweight yet adequately fluffy and supportive. The description of spa-like is fitting as it reminds me of high-end facial pillows. So far, it has held up well for over a month and unlike those with the chunks of memory foam, this one seems to not need repositioning or fluffing. These Serta spa pillows are the best! I never knew they sold pillows in a 2 pack. I love and ONLY buy Serta pillows for my family and they last the longest versus other brands. These pillows are super soft on the outside and firmer on the inside. They fit in a a standard pillow case and are just perfect for my neck injury.

I ordered the Serta Sleep True Spa Knit, Medium Firm, white Pillows in a 2 pack in Jumbo size. The actual size is standard/queen. The package says they are medium firm but to me they actually feel like they are on the soft side. Some people may like a softer pillow. I do love the size but I'm not sure how long they are going to stay full and not go flat. These pillows would go nicely in a guest room. I love that they are anti microbial, especially now with all of the Covid variants going around. They have a very soft knit cover on them. I also love the fact that they are made by Serta, a name you can trust.

Very nice, comfortable pillow, made with a cotton polyester shell is very good quality and is medium density. I like the casing because it has honeycomb fabric -see photo for a close up of the shell and the side border of the pillow. I have been using it for about a week now and it has been helping with my neck stiffness. Finding the right pillow can be a challenge, but I would say give this one a shot.

These pillows are soft but not to the point that your head is basically sunken to the mattress. They are pliable, which is a must for me as I fold my pillows depending on my sleeping position. They held up in the wash just fine. Not sure about durability as I've only had them about a month, but these are the 2nd set of Serta True Spa pillows I've owned and I'm happy with them.

I thought this was going to be way too lofty after seeing it but, I slept on it alone (I usually use a second pillowcase behind my main pillow, not under my head) and was surprisingly comfortable. I have horrible neck & shoulder issues, and chronic headaches (often migraines) and usually get one when trying to fall asleep if I don't already have one. Sleep evades me most nights. I try to sleep on my back but wind up turning to a side (exacerbating the issues). This felt really good when I was on my side; my neck felt supported and like it was being held almost ergonomically perfect. I have other Serta pillows which always start out great but wear down, but this is a totally synthetic material that really feels like it's going to hold its loft. My partner needs a new pillow and I think this is going to be a winner. My only star off is that it's so lofty, even my large, oversize linen pillowcases are a snug fit. They do fit, but envelope closures need to be treated carefully, and forget about it if it's an older pillowcase (before they started making them so oversized). I do recommend if you're looking for a pillow with the advertised features, and probably more for side-sleepers (and maybe back) than stomach. I did receive this item for free in exchange for my honest review.

I cannot do a review about comfort etc, because I have not slept on them. I won't, because they look like they have been used. there seems to be indentations in the center on both of them, so I'm going to return, and hope the replacements aren't used as well. This is very upsetting!

I would like to know where the firmness is in these pillows. These are way to soft. Your head sinks into the pillow and then the pillows feel like they fold up around your head. The support just isn't there for the neck and shoulders. I tried to use them all night but after 4 hours I had to go back to my regular pillows. I am a side and stomach sleeper and back to watch tv. I would not recommend these to anyone for and sleeping position.
