I was worried at first, when they arrived. I took them out and put them on my bed. I gently pushed down on it with my hand, and it sank to the bottom of the pillow. I was worried it would not provide much support. But I was delightfully surprised when I went to bed and found that it was perfect!!! I'm a side sleeper and a pillow flipper. I sleep hot and when my other standard sized pillow would get hot, I would flip it during the night to get another cool spot to lay on. I have never slept on a king size pillow, but now when I get hot, I just roll to my other side and the pillow is cool. No more flipping. And I found I get better sleep, without waking up so much “flipping” my pillow! I've only slept on down filled pillows. I was worried this pillow wouldn't be as soft. I was wrong! I definitely recommend these pillows!

I am so happy with these new pillows, they are soft, yet firm enough, and I am getting much better sleep! We have a side sleeper and one who sleeps on his back and we both noticed the pillows made a big difference in our sleeping better. I always blame unrestful sleep on the mattress, but now realize I didn’t have the right pillows. I tend to get hot during the night at times, and DH gets cold and thus far it has kept me cool and him at the right temperature. We are extremely happy with them.

These pillows are puffy and big. I like my pillows thick and puffy or puffable so my head is lifted up somewhat. I've been using for a month and though not quite as fluffy as originally, they are actually more comfortable because they are a little firmer. I have sinus and allergies that require me to use at least 2 pillows for the height. When right out of package 2 was actually a little too high but now they are perfect.

I have had the hardest time finding pillows suitable for me, I'm smaller statured and a stomach sleeper so I find most pillows are overly stuffed and they prop my head up to an uncomfortable angle. I would consider these pillows to be more of a "low-loft", they are PERFECT and I'm so glad I bought them. If you are someone who needs a lot of support then you need to look elsewhere, but luckily for you there's a lot more options available to you, however if you're like me and you want your pillows on the thinner/ softer side then this is a great option. They are delightfully squishy, and it's wonderful that they are made with gray stain-resistant fabric, it gives me impression they are less likely to yellow. I literally love these so much that I'd be devastated if Serta discontinued them, so I'm going to buy extras. So relieved that my exhaustive search for a suitable pillow is finally over. These pillows are fluffy and soft when not in use but when your head hits the pillow it flattens to cup your head and support your neck. It is 100% polyester fiber filled, adjustable support with allergen and antimicrobial protection and I had a good night's rest.

The standard queen size is large, and fits with some difficulty into a regular pillow case (doesn't just slip in). Yet, it is fluffy and soft, about 6 inches thick dormant, and mashes to about 2 inches thick when lying on it (at the thinnest point). When head is face up on the pillow, it applies pressure to the ears that some may find annoying, so it would have to be adjusted, since it may make the ears sore due to constant pressure. After a week of use, it seems to be close to an ideal pillow, distributing pressure around the head, and keeping it cool.

Not very firm. No gusset's for a side sleeper. You'll have to sleep on the very edge of the pillow or it'll "gush" up in your face. With that said, I did not have any neck pain the next morning. I'll have to wait till it's time to wash it to see how it comes out of the wash/dryer.

They are very nice quality pillows, nicely made and stitched well. I have a few serta pillows and these are the fanciest looking. They are for me a little too soft. My daughter however claimed one as soon as I opened it. She literally fell asleep maybe 5 minutes after laying down.
