Serta Soft Knit Waterproof Zippered Mattress Protector, Queen

I really like how this mattress protector is so light and not able to be felt while in use. It's easy to put on (with one other strong person) and has been very useful.

This mattress protector is great. It was a little confusing when Ifirst went to put it on, but i figured it out. It is awesome because you just unzip the top for washing. You dont have to unbag the whole mattress! Love it!!!

This is a good alternative to the traditional mattress cover. This soft knit zippered mattress encasement helps keep your mattress looking brand new. With the stain wicking and moisture wicking fabric and double layer waterproof barrier this mattress cover is sure to stand up to anything life throws at it. I think it’s a definite contender.

I was surprised to see this sertapedic mattress protector, made by Serta, covered the entire mattress. It's not a half-fitted cover, but it unzips and slips over the mattress for complete protection. I was also surprised at the convenience of being able to unzip the top part of the protector to remove it so it could be put into in the laundry without having to strip the entire mattress. I have had problems in the past with this type of cover being too small, so I requested a King size when I should have got a Queen, needless to say, this one is true to size, it will fit a king perfectly. It is just the right covering, and not overstuffed. I have a pillow top mattress and this protector is flat so it does not compress the pillow top like the other two that I use, they both have extra filling, and they are a tight fit, so they flatten my pillow top. I like this one because I still get the comfort of my own mattress and not the stuffing of an extra layer. Also, this one is so much easier to wash than my big bulky ones. It is water proof,, and will keep your mattress safe. This one is a keeper!

I was thrilled that this waterproof Mattress Encasement was made by Sertapedic and that it would be a good product but, my only problem was trying to get it on the mattress by myself! I had to get my husband to help me and it was still a little difficult because just like it says it encases the whole top mattress that you have to pull off the bed and fit it on like a sock! In my opinion, it would have been easier to put it on if it had been made like a "Fitted" sheet with stronger elastic to hold it on over the top mattress! Sorry, but it might be a little difficult for some people to put it on! But, I'm hoping it works well and I do know it looks good on the bed! Thank you.

This mattress cover is lightweight, not overly bulky and washes well. It was easy to put on, even without taking the mattress off the bed. It is soft and doesn't have that noisy plastic feel, so sleeping on it is peaceful. It has a double layer of protection on the top - the waterproof material and a padded material, which also has protection. The zippers work well even after washing. I like that it is waterproof so that accidents will not ruin the mattress. I don't have a bed bug problem, but it is supposed to enclose the bed bugs in the encasement and they will die. It is large to fit even the deepest mattresses so, for thinner mattresses, it may move a bit unless tucked in well. For waterproofing, a fitted mattress cover may be a little less cumbersome to put on but, if you are concerned about bed bugs, this is a very nice quality mattress encasement.

I would recommend buying a secured fitted sheet as this thing moves like crazy. It was easy to put on when you stand the mattress up, but I would 100% get a fitted sheet for the top that keeps this thing in place. Other than that. It does the job.

It did its job of keeping those disgusting bedbugs out; however, look further for better quality! Be careful of the zipper eventually ripping from the blanket… as it can become hard to zip.
