I originally bought these pillows just for my shams, but my husband and daughter think they are more comfortable than my $120.00 pillows. So, these are the ones they use instead. Very soft and very comfortable!

I love these sturdy pillows. Im a back sleeper. I cannot use these under my head. They set me up too high. I put them under my lower back and it gives me so much relief from my back pain. When I sleep on my side, I put one in from to me and it keeps my body aligned which is also great for my back pain. Definitely would purchase again.

I love these Serra pillows and the value can’t be beat!! I plan to get two more for my guest room. The new online order and pickup in store is great. However, they need a few dedicated parking spaces for this. It was not a quick in and out because I had to circle several times looking for a spot, and finally parked at the back of the lot. I am handicapped which is the reason I was so thrilled to see this feature.

I replaced all the pillows in my house with these about two months ago and everyone loves them. They're not quite as fluffy as when I got them, but they are actually more comfortable now that they've flattened out a bit. We haven't washed them yet, but I'm sure that will restore the fluffiness.

these seem to be well made but they are like the oriental dried noodles that when you throw them in the skillet in oil, they swell up 10 times the size. i washed these two pillows before first use, and my neck is not long enough to get a good hold of the top of the pillow. My husband after a week is still trying. i have gone back to my old pillow.

a bit smaller (using on queen size) and a bit lighter than expected. Price and quality are good and arrived so quickly! I was picturing a different Serta pack I had purchased from Sams before .. I didn't read the description fully. Overall nice and being used on guest bed.

These were great looking right out of the package but they only lasted about a week before going flat. They still work okay if I pull them up tight under my head. My husband has pinned the two sides together to make a neck roll and because he sleeps on his back it works well. If you can get them cheap and sleep on your back then these are worth it?

What I ordered (this product) and what was shipped were two different products. This needs to be removed from your website store. Returned it for a refund.

Would not order again. I have not had them a month and they are flat.

I blind bought 4 of these pillows and they are inferior in weight and comfort. I had a neck injury in service and these made the pain resurface with an all day headache. I don't know what happened to their quality? These used to be great pillows at one time but they are comparable to Dollar General type pillows. They're very light weight and go flat in a short period of time. The same name brand that you buy in the stores were such higher quality at one time. I don't understand why a business feels they always have to reinvent the wheel. I guess the engineers feel that if they don't create a new product they'll lose their jobs or something. These are really terrible pillows.
