Sertapedic Won't Go Flat Bed Pillow, Set of 2, Standard/Queen

These are not super fluffy soft or mimics down feathers at all. However, Ive invested in expensive pillows and they always go flat. The marketing on this sold me instantly. There is a firmness to them from the foam in the middle but still very soft. I bought four and they are huge. I sleep with two and put one behind/tucked under my back while side sleeping. Im happy, would purchase again

The pillows were what I thought I wanted but I couldn't even sleep on them for one night as they were so uncomfortable and big. I had already cut the tags off and had them on my bed and thought they were perfect until I went to bed that night. I had to just give these fairly expensive pillows to two different friends as I couldn't return them so just wasted my precious money.

purchase 0n 9/24/21. received 9/30/21 used10/05/21. on 11/22/21. 3 of the 6 pillows were BUSTED OPEN. Tried to get a refund but the process was unexceptable. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS for an ELDERLY ON-LINE SHOPPER ONLY PERSON.

received a cat bed in the place of the two sertopedic pillows we were so looking forward to. However inconvenient it seemed at the time, the sizable cat bed is actually quite comfortable and makes for a great back rest on my couch. Ill not be returning the cat bed and will continue to sip my proverbial lemonade.

I personally think these pillows are crap. I bought mine a couple of months ago, it's already flat. M y granddaughter gave me a cheap old pillow she had for a while. It's a much better pillow. I definitely wouldn't waste my money on another one. Not even sure I would shop at Walmart for another pillow. Bet unhappy and dissatisfied. T.J. Caldwell,ID.

they do go flat after 30 days. I have fluffed and thrown in the dryer and that does not work. I tried to reach out to the company and they pushed it off on another company. I am not going through making all these different calls to complain about a product that is not true to its advertising.

After sleeping on pillow 2 nights I noticed that the seam on the pillow was ripped and the filling was coming out. The pillow is overstuffed and too firm. This information isnt on the website - they were called fluffy-. I dont want to go through the hassle of sending these back.

No “Won’t go flat” but will burst open! Not to be used for every day sleeping may hold up for occasional guest or for decoration but definitely not for every day use. I bought 6 and the filling of 2 of that we sleep on have already come out :(. I’ve never had this happen with any brand pillow that I have purchased in the past.

I had to laugh when I opened the box. I don’t know if they go flat, but they sure do lose their shape. The corners on were empty, no fill. It seems like they wrapped a piece of poly-fill around a piece of foam and put a generic cover on it. Idk. I’m returning them.

the pillows seem like a great pillow but they arrived stained with makeup (lipstick? and foundation) and hair on them. was told to bring back to store for refund. my local store tosses things aside and puts stuff back on the shelf. do they not check returns for damage? gross. especially with covid around.
