We already had 4 of the Serwall lounge chairs but wanted to add a couple Adirondack chairs. These chairs are very good quality and the color is a perfect match. They are very comfy and stable.

These chairs were easy to assemble with provided tools. They look and feel better than the expensive ones I've since sat in at the local hardware and garden stores. The color is fast, the simulated wood grain is attractive, and the finish is smooth and durable. I can't recommend them enough for such a fantastic price!

Very solid, sturdy chairs. Fairly easy to assemble. Very happy with them, they look great in my fire pit space!

My wife had already bought two of these a couple years back. So we knew that they were only not only good looking, but also durable.. so when they went on sale for half price, I snapped up two more. I've been just as happy with these two as I was with the other two.

Beautiful well made and sturdy! A steal

The chairs are rather light-weight, but they are sturdy. Assembly is a bit of a challenge, but the instructions are helpful if followed closely. It is better to have two people. The chairs are not the most comfortable Adirondacks, but they are certainly acceptable, and the price is good.

I ordered this on Walmart.com, I had to change the shipping address as my previous order was shipped to a friend as a gift. Walmart website defaulted to the old address and when I saw the order confirmation come through the following day I called to correct the address, I was told that was no problem by the customer service member at Walmart and felt assured my item would be shipped to the right address. I was told to look for an email the next day from the 3rd party company notifying me of the shipping change. I got an email but it said the item had already shipped and it was too late to change the address and to basically have someone take my order and get it to me. I told them that the item was shipped 6.5 hours away from me and there was no way I was going to be able to get it. They didn't care. I asked the person who's house it was shipped to to return it to Walmart for me, gave them the online receipt and they took the large items all the way to Walmart. Walmart informed them they could NOT take them back as they were from a 3rd party seller. How extremely frustrating. No where on the walmart website was I notified of this prior to purchase. If I would have known that I never would have purchased them. I order through Amazon and Target's third party sellers and NEVER have had a problem returning my items at Target's physical store. Walmart's policies are asinine and why I usually never shop at Walmart. I have only ordered from your online story twice now and both times were extreme failures on Walmart's part. I will NEVER use you again. My outdoor chairs, which were purchased for a specific day never arrived and are sitting 6.5 hour drive away from me and I have no way of getting them, the 3rd party dealer from YOUR website offered me $50 to "fix" the problem, and so far your customer service has done nothing but tell me to wait for an email from the 3rd party company, even though this was sold on your website. Ridiculous. Not a customer of Walmart for this reason and I will continue not to be.

I paid for 4 Adirondack chairs with cup holders. When my order arrived I received 4 chairs without a cup holder. One of those chairs were broken. I informed the company of the broken chair months ago and I haven't received the parts yet. When I heard from the company, they told me they wanted to know if I wanted to wait for the parts. Those chairs were pretty expensive, I feel this company is NOT providing me what I paid for!

Terrible customer service, shipped to the wrong address and Walmart sold through marketplace which apparently means you can not return to the store and they are requesting that I pay $120 for shipping back. I will not be purchasing anything through Walmart in the future. Thought I was purchasing through a reputable store, beware with any of your Walmart.com orders.

The seller never responded with a resolution to a problem with my chairs. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend buying these.
