This table is solid! I feel like this could last forever in my backyard conditions. We get full sun and things deteriorate easily. We just put it together, we will be testing it out soon to see if it gets hot to the touch. I would recommend this product. Love that it not wood to splinter too!

Order arrived in 3 separate shipments. The shipment with two chairs did not match the other 4 chairs and table. They were a darker color. They wanted to pay me to keep the mismatched chairs. After going back and forth with 24 hours in between each message they made it right and sent two new chairs that matched.

The set is pretty nice once its put together. Definitely use an electric screwdriver or drill when putting it together. it was a little confusing as the company sent the chairs and tables separately but only provided 1 tracking number instead of 2. missing a piece of hardware, and hoping the company will send a new piece. for the price, it is much better than expected

Overall if you are looking for a dupe this is a good cost effective option for a 7 piece table set. It is relatively easy to assemble although the screws don't have holes to go into and that would have been helpful. My biggest issue with the table is that upon opening it out of the box, the table top had 2 major scratches on it that are extremely visible. When I contacted the company they told me "scratches don't affect the functionality of it". When purchasing a new table I expect it to arrive in perfect condition NOT damaged. They did not want to send us a new table top so only offered a discount. Didn't feel this level of customer service was satisfactory given I'm still spending a lot of money on this set.

We got our six chairs and table in three separate shipments. I assembled all of the cheers first and they seem to be solid, well constructed, and designed in a way that makes sense. the same. there were some manufacturing errors, like not drilling holes all the way through the legs of the table so that they could attach to the table top. I had to grab my drill and finish the holes. the cross members that make the legs structurally sound are also not manufactured correctly, so they did not fit into the slots of the table legs. I had to shave it down with a knife to get it to fit. our table top also arrived scratched because there is not sufficient packaging in the box.

I’ve had nothing but issues with this product. From the untimely delivery to the product itself. The table has a slight bow in it and the last two chairs to arrive are clearly from a different product batch. These two chairs are clearly a different color of grey and weren’t even produced in the same manner as the other four. Now all they want to do is have me send these two chairs back for a partial refund of the chairs. I want the other two chairs I ordered. I ordered a seven piece set and not a five piece. I will make it a point to never again order from the Marketplace seller.

Bought this item and we were assembling items as we unpackaged them. Of course, the last chair to get put together was broken. I submitted a claim to Serwall and I got an email back stating: "Thank you for your message. However, we would like to clarify that the warranty does not cover damage caused by any improper use. In the meantime, the part is out of stock, thus we recommend you buy a new chair to replace the old one. If you have any further questions or need additional help, please don't hesitate to reach out." Best regards, Fiona. I never even used the chair or the set, so not sure why I can't get a replacement, was not my fault it came damaged. Was going to order another set but not if this is how they take care of issues that happened before hand.

I was really excited to receive this patio dining set, but the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the dining table was never delivered, so we were left with an incomplete set that we can’t even use. Then, after spending nearly three hours assembling all six chairs, we discovered that two of the six chairs were black instead of gray, as shown in the attached photo. Finding this after everything was assembled was incredibly frustrating. I’m also concerned about the quality. The chair seats already appear slightly warped even before they’ve been used, and during assembly, simply laying the pieces on their sides caused them to scratch very easily. For a product marketed for outdoor use, I expected a much more durable finish. It’s a shame because the design is attractive, but between the missing table, mismatched chair colors, questionable build quality, and the amount of time wasted assembling everything, this has been a very disappointing purchase. I’m hoping the company makes this right, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this set.

Do not buy this dining set. The table and 2/6 chairs matched but were rte wrong color. 4/6 chairs matched but the whole set didnt match. When I reached out to the company they told me color variance as from different batches and different production factories. Instead of making it right and shipping me the table and 2 chairs that were incorrect color they made me go through a week of emails with multiple days of pictures without any resolution. They offered to give me $80 for my inconvenience to keep the non matching items. What a joke. Thankfully Walmart honored their promise and refunded me due to the item not being as described. Do not be fooled by this product. It’s terribly cheap and likely won’t last a year anyhow. And now I am stuck with getting rid of it.

I never received any of the hardware for two of the chairs. I contacted Serwall and they said they would ship the missing parts within 2 to 3 WKS., which never happened. I then contacted Walmart directly they told me they would handle it and I would hear back from Walmart within 24 hrs. They never got back to me. I have been promised from both companies that the problem would be taken care of and never heard a word from either. When you pay that much for a product that you can't use because pieces are missing, then lied to, giving the customer "lip service" with no intentions of taking responsibility makes not for just one disreputable company, but both Serwall and Walmart! I had been a loyal Walmart customer for decades but will now look for a company that is fair and honest to their customers.
