Patio Set Assembly (4 to 6 pieces)

I paid the extra $99 for furniture assembly with Angi. Walmart and the third party seller were both passing the blame when they sent half of my order a week late but scheduled the assembly for before everything was delivered. Angi sent someone to assemble the set and we didn't realize we were missing pieces until they were done. I contacted Walmart and the seller and was told it wasn't their problem. Angi is the ONLY one who cared and offered to send someone back over to finish the job for free. Thank you Angi for great customer service!

I was disappointed that I had to pay an extra 65.00 to get set assembled. I was quoted 99.00 set up fee. Person stated that he was only paid for two hours and he hadn't finish putting set together. I was at work and had to Zelle him an additional 65.00. I was not happy and felt that I had no choice but to pay him since I didn't have number to person who sent him out.

I'm only writing this review because I cancelled this service on both after I had assembled the first order of my two part orders and they still showed up two days later on the Fourth of July and now I'm trying to get my refund of a $164 they said 5 to 10 days.

I didn't like several things the assembly was fine the assemblers brought their child to the worksite which is a liability, they did not properly discard the trash, texted me they would be here @ 1:30p still ended up arriving almost @ 4p the originally scheduled time so I could've went out to do other things on my day off. I didn't receive a courtesy call or knock to give me the manual which is how I discovered trash was left on my property, when I told them they need to return to discard it bc I live on the county and it would cost me $15 more than what I'd already paid she texted a man told her to put it next to the receptacles for trash—someone who doesn't live in my home nor purchased the item, yea ok hire my own assembler next time!

Too expensive. Assembler only gets a small portion of what you pay. Most $$ goes to Angi %26 Walmart. Hard to get a refund if cancel at last minute or person shows up late for your appointment. Cost was as much as item. Better to find independent handyman.

Not happy with the service I can't speak to anyone to even get somebody to come out and put together my patio furniture that I purchased additional hundred dollars to have done and I have no way of speaking with someone we are honestly just thinking about canceling the whole order

Two random guys arrived an hour late and then proceeded to; attach the lights to the trampoline safety screen with zip ties instead of to the top of the trampoline - resulting in the screen being damaged, rig the basketball attachment instead of attaching it appropriately, attach the blue outer mat in a way that it doesn't fit correctly, and attached the water system part in the wrong place. When I showed them a picture of what the trampoline was supposed to look like, I was given a couple of different excuses for why they weren't putting the accessories on to resemble the picture, before the men said they were done and left. Angi has agreed to send a new service provider out in a couple of days to see if they can "fix" any problems. I will update my review once that happens.

I am writing this review because the entire time from start to finish has been nothing but chaos and confusion when I opened up my last piece to put together it was taken. It was broken into 1000 pieces the table top so I'm requesting a refund or a replacement at least a replacement for the table. On on another note, Angie's list was horrible to deal with they came. They set up one man stayed for four hours and then left and said he would come back and never came back. Another man came finished up the couch said he was done without doing the coffee table. Well a little do we know the coffee table was in 1 million little pieces please somebody from Walmart please reach out to me. Thank you.

I bought this patio furniture and paid angi $99 to put it together. They set dates and I made sure I was home. They texted three times canceling on short notice saying they did not have a pro to put it together. I am getting a refund but now I am trying to find someone to put it together. I have had this furniture for three weeks now. Would not recommend Angi for anything Hope I can find someone to put furniture together.

I paid for the items to be assembled. the boxes are still sitting on my porch. I am disabled and cannot do this work myself. Unless you intend to do the assembly on a later date I want it removed and my payment returned. This is totally unacceptable.
