installation was good however this hot tub is awful. it worked for a little over a month then the heater in it died. there's no customer service at all with this product. i found an email but the seller never returned an answer after repeated tries.

Looks Better Online Than It Does in Person: I wanted to love this set. I spent a lot of time comparing patio furniture before purchasing, and the photos made this set look substantial and much more high-end than many others in this price range. Unfortunately, my biggest disappointment is the wicker. In the online photos it appears to be a thick, textured woven wicker/rattan. In person, it looks and feels much more like flat plastic strips woven around the frame. The wide arms were actually one of the features that attracted me to this set, but because there is so much surface area, the plastic appearance is even more noticeable. For the price, I expected the material to look more substantial and higher quality. The cushions are okay, but they are not especially plush or structured and don't elevate the overall look as much as I had hoped. There are positives. The set is large, the sectional provides plenty of seating, the two swivel chairs are a great size, and I really like the overall configuration. The fire pit and additional tables also give you a lot for the money. Once assembled, it makes a nice conversation area and fills a large patio well. Returning such a large set after assembling several pieces would have been a major undertaking, so we decided to keep it and dress it up with an outdoor rug, pillows, throws, plants and lanterns. I think it will look much better once styled. My advice to potential buyers: pay close attention to the wicker material and manage your expectations based on the online photos. If you're primarily looking for a large set with lots of seating and features, there is a lot here for the money. If you're looking for furniture with a more natural, substantial, upscale wicker appearance, you may be disappointed. Overall: great configuration and lots of furniture for the price, but the appearance and quality of the wicker fell short of what I expected from the photos.

They have not yet been here to assemble the fire pit! They keep rescheduling and one time the guy was a no show. They were supposed to come again today and I received a message that they couldn't make it. The message came after the time that they were supposed to be here!! I would definitely not recommend them!!

I am absolutely thrilled with this round faux marble dining table and chairs set! It looks incredibly high-end, has great quality, and elevates the whole space. I purchased this with the assembly service add-on, and the set arrived in 3 separate packages. When the assembly professional arrived to put it together, we noticed a scratch on the edge of the tabletop. I immediately contacted Walmart customer service, and they quickly reached out to the seller to get a replacement. I was amazed when the new replacement tabletop arrived in just 2 days! At the same time, I was able to smoothly rearrange a new assembly booking through the Angi app. Even though there was a minor hiccup initially, the prompt, friendly, and 5-star customer service from Walmart, the Angi app, and the seller made all the difference. The final result is a gorgeous, premium-looking dining set. Overall, a highly satisfying purchasing experience! Highly recommend both the product and the seller.

This was a nightmare. I need my $99.00 assembly cost refunded. No one answers when I call. The fist technician literally told me he was on his way for 6 hours and then after we waited in the heat until 8:50 at night. Then he wouldn't answer the phone then when he finally answered he said no I'm not coming?!?!? This is July 3rd mind you and I've got a July 4th planned. Thankfully a wonderful guy came out and assembled the furniture at 9:00. It set our entire day back hours. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied

I thought the installer never showed up for the job. While I'm on the phone complaining to Angi customer service and them telling me to check for an email that they were sending me, I found an email from the installer in my Spam emails noting "I'm here". Why did he not call or text, or ring the doorbell? Just weird!I'm retired. I don't check emails regularly.

0 stars but I had no choice to put 1 in order to write review guy came with a little toy mallet and took forever trying to put the trampoline together because he couldn't figure out why one piece the last piece wouldn't connect , I did it was made wrong beside the pieces he did put together were connected wrong some upside down very unsafe he said he was finished and left took my tip only upon checking the trampoline assembly later on it was not completed and was put together wrong I called Walmart and they gave me a refund for the service i would not recommend Angie's list

The trampoline itself was very nice. It was large enough. I was a little disappointed and the basketball goal. It was very amateurish week doesn't hold up when the children are playing on it. The trampoline itself is good. The net is good. It doesn't seem to be tidying up, there's a little you know it kind of wags a little bit as the children jump on it. It's leaning. The size is perfect. I do like it. The children love it so I'm satisfied with it overall the young man who put it up did a fine job. He did arrive late, and I think he had to pause up for a little while during the setup of it. I would've liked to have had someone who was a little bit more professional arrival one time or at least contact you to let you know he's running late thank you.

I was very disappointed with Angi telecommunications. They scheduled a three hour assembly date which I took off to be home. Fifteen minutes prior to assembly person to arrive Angi's notified my appointment needed to be rescheduled. Very aggrevating and disappointed in Angi's. Then Angi's wants to to reschedule for a Saturday evening between 4:30-6:00 p.m. I already had plans. Assembly completed yesterday by a very nice, competent man. I don't like that Walmart is using Angi's for assembly. Approximately four years ago I purchased a swingset from Walmart and assembly was coordinated through Walmart not Angi's and no problems. Hopefully, Walmart sees this review and refunds my $89.00 assembly fee for all of my inconvenience, time is money.

First guy was on the way, then ghosted. Would not even let me request a new pro for 48 hours. Next guy said it would be an extra $20 per item to move from the garage to the back patio, and said he expected a tip. Next he said it was going to take longer than he was being paid for so I had to call the agency and request they pay him more. He did a great job putting the table and 8 chairs together. No wobbles, nothing loose.
