Absolutely love this furniture. I was a little hesitant about it at first, but after I had received it and seen how durable it looked I was glad I bought it. Very heavy duty quality. FYI - it Ships in 4 different boxes, so don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t arrive all on the same day.

This Serwall patio set is very sturdy, comfortable and has really elevated the look of our new deck. We are very pleased with the product. Delivery of the boxes came different days and at first, we were concerned that parts were missing. Fortunately, everything eventually arrived. Assembly was challenging but it all went together OK. I would definitely recommend this product.

Impressed with the quality of this, assembly took my husband a few hours but we expected that and could be worse - everything was labeled. Unsure if the cushions were waterproof so we did spray some waterproof coating on them and it rained the next day and the rain seemed to bead off them. Feel heavy duty , good value for price

It is a very nice set. Strong and durable. it was not difficult to put together, just a bit time consuming. You will need to use a power drill to put together. it will make it so much easier. Overall, it is a great set!

Love this set. The 2 chairs came with the wrong color cushions. This was very quickly and efficiently handled and I received the correct cushions in a few days. Great customer service !

Wonderful set at an excellent price. I should have assembled myself — it is very straightforward and it would be helpful to have a power tool to make assembly faster but they provide all the tools as well. The initial guys that Angi sent were idiots, but thankfully, they corrected it and sent another guy that worked with me to fix it. Anyway, we needed something for our beach house in Florida that is a short term rental and this is perfect. Lovely set and would purchase again!

The furniture is nice for the money paid for it. The cushions are little hard but manageable. The only way to put it together is to use an battery powered drill with a good allen head attached to it. As told by others the boxes do not come at the same time. Shipping was fast. I really thought I was shorted once all the boxes came in. The cushions were in a vacuum packed bag and it was amazing how it was all compacted in the one box.

Initial delivery was 1 carton whem there was supposed to be 3. Messaged WalMart and was straightened out in a few days. Great instructions, easy to put together. Very solid and heavy. Nice quality!

Assembly is terrible. I cannot get screws completely in one of the chairs. It is not worth money. Get what you pay for! Quality is poor - leaves water marks even when wiped dry immediately- cannot even see a drink on this without leaving a ring mark ; I’ve had this assembled and outside for 4 days and looks weathered.

I don’t have any issues with the product, though you should use a cordless screwdriver to assemble. The wrong cushions for the chairs were sent. I got an immediate message saying they sent the wrong color and they were going to send the right ones. However, the cushions they sent were for the sofa which were already the right color. I have sent messages that my chair cushions were the ones that needed to be replaced but there has been no reply.
