I prefer 7th generation powder packs over regular oxiclen . Oxiclean smells odd to me. Seventh generation just doesn't have a scent. Has worked well. I have family members sensitive to fragrance so this is perfect for us. It is a little on the expensive side . It is hard to find fragrance free items that work so it is a good value overall. Cleans and brightens well. I like the resealable bag.
This is a great product, definitely recommend
I've tried every pre-spotting product on the market, with mixed success. I tried the Seventh Generation Stain Remover as an experiment and was flabbergasted! It seemed to remove every type of stain! It's too bad it's not available to everyone in regular supermarkets. What a blessing.
My daughter left a bottle of this stain remover at our house. When I spilled blueberry juice on a T-shirt I decided to try it. I had never before been able to get blue or red berry stains out of clothes without resorting to bleach. I sprayed it on and scrubbed lightly with my hands. The stains just disappeared. I now use it for all my laundry stains, and filled a little spray bottle for travel. This morning I decided to try it on a very old black stain (of unknown origin) on beige carpeting. In the past I had tried various carpet cleaners on this stain to no avail. I sprayed the stain with your stain remover, rubbed a little with a scrub sponge, and immediately the stain came out. I appreciate that it is made with natural plant ingredients and enzymes. There is no toxic smell or fumes.
I am grateful to Seventh Generation for developing such an effective and environmentally conservative product. Have not been disappointed with the outcomes from this stain remover. Every stain I have sprayed it on is removed with the first laundry wash. My husband and I are loyal customers and believe in Seventh Generation's products, as we have used them for several years and plan to continue to use them as long they are produced.
I don't usually use stain removers but purchased this one to spot treat a collection of items that didn't justify dry cleaning but needed some extra attention. This removed stains on items that had been sitting in laundry for some time. It's amazing and the fact that it is made with environmentally sensitive materials makes it that much better. I am now on bottle 3 of this product. When local retailer stopped carrying it, I panicked; but I am happy to see I can get it online. Hopefully shipping fees on this site won't be a deterrent.
I was worried this stuff wouldn't do a good job taking out stains, but I like the company so thought I would give it a try. I use it for my young sons' clothes after they've been stained with ketchup, grass, blood, etc and each time this stuff removed the stains. I definitely continue to buy this stuff.
I was trying to replace my 7G oxy booster powder and found this. I wish 7G would go back to the larger volume self-dispensing powder (50oz tub). I don't see the reason for the extra packaging and vinyl envelopes and I don't want to take the chance of it getting stuck in my clothes! I strongly prefer the more natural oxy products of this over the competitor but would rather buy the large volume and dispense as I see fit!
I tried this product as an alternative to Biz when my store stopped selling it. At my old home with a top-load washer it worked great, but now I'm in a new home with a front-load washer, which uses much less water, and I'm getting wads of gelatin stuck to my clothes. It seems like it would be even kinder to the environment not to use this unnecessary packaging and just let us measure out the powder ourselves.
We've been a great supporter of Seventh Generation products for over 7 years now, and the smaller volume of product for same or greater price infuriates us. It's not just a little smaller, 6oz. less is a BIG deal. Will be looking at alternative products.
