Seventh Generation Fabric Softener, Fresh Lavender, 32 fl oz, 32 Loads

The bottle came without a pouring spout, which makes for a very poor and messy experience. They dis not even communicate about it on the pack - and will likely post rationalize saying its fir the environment while clearly is to reduce cost if goods. Unless it is a defective batch. I wrote to unilever and will await a responds... very disappointed Also the formula is not the same anymore, very liquidy and runny versus the previous one. I loved the brand for years, but wont be buying again

I like the product but the lid was loose and the fabric softener leaked, soaking into and through the box.

liguid fabric softner arrived missing the label, open with a unlocked ziplock bag over the top only. half of thr liquid leaked out into the bag and box.

I have been using this product for a couple of months and I really enjoy the gentle, pleasant scent and how soft it leaves our clothes. The biggest downside is the bottle- it leaks or drips every time I pour it, so I'm constantly having to wipe it down afterwards. I like the product itself, but the messy packaging makes me hesitant to repurchase. 

Seventh generation is an amazing brand. I really enjoy the natural lavender fragrance of this fabric softener without the harsh chemicals. Softens clothes just like any other typical fabric softener. Good concentration, I don't feel I need to add more just to get the same effect.

One of the main reasons I love this fabric softener so often is because I never get tired of using it and the great lavender scent. I got the big bottle every time because it lasts me more than 30 days and it's easier for me to store with my other big bottles that keeps me more space in my pantry. Another great grate to point out it's the durability and how the smells stays in your clothes and how fast it dryes too. This fabric softener it's worth a shot and how good the ingredients are you don't have to worry about any allergies!

Product came damaged, asked for a replacement but they want me to ship a damage product that’s liquid back to them?

not as readily available in store as much i'd like but it's a good, soft, fresh smelling product. they can ship it but it'd be nice if they didn't have to. not sure why my local merrillville store can't keep it on their shelves.

If you order on-line do not expect the bottles to arrive intact. I ordered 2 (one was replacement for the first) and the bottles caps were crushed and all liquid emptied in the box on all the other items. Happened to the replacement bottle also.

It is friendly environmental. The packaging is really cool. i've been in for a long time and I have no allergy to it. it's not expensive. I use a bottle for like two months. it smells so good.
