Great sorter for laundry room and closet.

melperatl January 16, 2014

I ordered 2 of these sorters and really like them so far. I have had less than one week but really like them so far. They were easy to put together. Comes with the tools to do so. Had both of them in place in 30 minutes or so. Very sturdy. The bar moves up and down. Bags seem large enough for a large load (not extra large though). Nice to have handy when folding laundry as you can hang as you go and put up all at once. Worth the extra $15-$20 from the other model I as looking at getting without the bar.

Great laundry sorter!

LilBit55 January 14, 2014

This sorter far exceeds the one we previously owned. It is very sturdy and holds more than it looks! Each bag will hold 2 large loads. Has a rack on the bottom to support the bags. It doesn't wobble when you are rolling the cart around when it is completely full. And you can easily remove the bags to launder them. Would definitely recommend this product.

The laundry cart of your dreams

NCObserver January 2, 2014

I'm downsizing from a house to a much smaller condo and needed a convenient, space-efficient way to collect laundry and then transport it to a multi-machine laundry room in the basement of the building. This more than filled the bill! There are actually two similar laundry sorters from Seville - this one and its successor (Seville Classics WEB153 - currently not available at WalMart) - but I chose this one because I will be rolling the collected laundry quite a ways and it had larger wheels and extra bracing. I was not disappointed. The laundry sorter arrived a couple days earlier than advertised (ordered from the website), went together in 15 minutes, and feels solid as you roll it easily over thresholds and down long hallways. The 3 bags each hold a load of laundry when piled high, so I distribute whites, lights, darks into them through the week then load 3 washers in parallel. I've had the sorter only a few weeks and so cannot comment on whether the hanging bar supports lose their grip over time (complaint I've read elsewhere), but so far, it's handled everything I've put up there without sagging (heaviest was 4 pairs of jeans and a couple jackets).

Better than Target's version

Tanya November 14, 2016

I bought a hamper from Target but the bar didn't adjust up and down & the bags began to sag unevenly, so I returned it. And then I ordered this one from Walmart!! The bags are so much sturdier, especially with the rack at the bottom to hold the weight of the clothes and the clips are strong bc I really stuff this thing with loads of clothes. I love the fact that the bar can go up or down at any level you want. I am happy with my purchase!

Feature rich

1l1l1 March 24, 2014

I have to admit that I'm a fanatic about sorting laundry by colors. Recently, though, I downsized, so my 4 laundry baskets have become a nuisance and safety hazard in my smaller laundry room. I've seen many versions of this laundry sorter, but what I like is the sum of these features: 3 major sort bins; durable cloth (which is washable); heavy metal construction; safety lock on the wheels; and in particular, the hanger bar which collapses down when the unit is not in use. The price was much more competitive than for other units with some, but not all, of these features. It shipped quickly, and was straightforward to assemble too. I'd definitely recommend this unit

Even better than expected.

SearsNicky February 3, 2014

I'm thinking of getting a second one. The wheels are not little plastic casters, they are 3" rubber and move around great. Though not totally necessary, the bottom rack is really nice to keep the heavy loads from dragging, catching in wheels, etc. The upper (hanger) bar will be used more than I thought it would. And, for once, I put something together correctly the first time! It's logically designed and made to last.

Good and useful

SomeGuy6786876 November 1, 2012

I just finished making a walk in closet for the missus and I. These are great for rolling into the laundry room and taking clothes right out of the dryer and to sort and hang. From there, they roll right into the closet. Honestly most of the time I don't have to then fold and put away the stuff in the bags since I will use them so quickly, and by hanging about everything else, the wrinkles fall out. The width of the two bars is just the right width that you can use the bags elsewhere and put the large rubbermaid baskets lengthwise, two to a cart in them as well. The only complaint, and I only point this out because I don't trust reviews without them, is that the top bar will drop down if you put a lot of clothes on the bar. When I say a lot, I mean as in all of my wife's clothes as I sorted which would go in the basement lot. When that happened, the plastic corner piece snapped, but once I leveled the bar back, you can't tell and it works fine. For normal use, I see no problem, again this would just be the first thing to fail under heavy use. I have three, one for each of us, and will probably get another to use for towels, sheets and other stuff.

It's not big enough for a family of 4

Kthmiles January 14, 2013

This thing is GREAT for 2 or 3 people. My family of 4, however, are making the bags burst at the seams, and that is me doing 1 load every day. I was hoping this was much bigger the way everyone else reviewed this product. It glides nicely, it feels like it will weather the storm of our family for years. This came with 3 bags plus a replacement bag. The only thing that would make it better is if there was some sort of liner on the inside of the bags, but I'm not complaining. I recommend this to a smaller family, or get 2 of them!

so far ... so good!!

duckyg3 March 17, 2013

This sorter looks great and so far seems very functional. The only downside is that the hanging bar barely raises high enough for hanging items to clear the top of the bags for someone tall, whose shirts are rather long. If the vertical bars could have been just a foot or so longer it would have made a huge difference.

My husband easily assembled this product in about 20-30 minutes. I am happy with the sorter thus far as we have only been using it for 1 week. I use it to sort our laundry-towels, darks, lights. I use the hanging bar to dry tops that I prefer not to put in the dryer i.e. fleece. I like that there is a support rack under each cloth bin as the weight would eventually wear down the cloth fabric. I feel that this bin allows for easy organization of laundry and keeps clothes off the laundry floor as well as frees up my laundry baskets for taking clothes out of the dryer. My only recommendation for future improvements would be to line the cloth bins w/ a sturdy vinyl/plastic liner as I feel that wet towels or clothing will eventually cause molding in the cloth bin.
