SGIN 15.6" Windows 11 Laptop 4GB DDR4 128GB ROM Computer, 4 Core Celeron

I've needed to upgrade my 10 yo computer from win 8 for a while. I decided to go to a laptop instead of getting another desktop. So far I like working with this decade's software lol. I was a bit disappointed that a laptop this big doesn't come with a disk drive, but then again I can't remember the last time that I've purchased a CD or DVD. It has a lot of cool new features. It has USB pruts, an HDMI port, a micro sd card port.. I like it. Id recommend it

This laptop is excellent! It's very fast and perfect for replacing my old desktop computer for work. The screen is large, and the resolution looks incredibly sharp. Totally worth it!

Walmart wont back you up when the defects show up. Wanted me to return the unit with all my personal info and financial records and I said no. They will not helps. Im digusted with Customer Service Walmart will give you a run around

I received this laptop set it up and the next day it stopped working. I contacted Allstate protection plan that denied claim because after 3 days of receiving product its considered pre-existing issue. What the hack! This wondows11 and s-mode is also trash. I want my money back

it will not let us load any files and crashes everytime we start up. we paid a computer guy to look at it and he cant fix it either

work one day. then video driver was replaced by microsoft and will not load. tech support was no help

This product comes from a 3rd party vendor. I did not receive my laptop. I received a Memorex Influencer tablet 3in1 accessories which I DID NOT order. Walmart customer service told me to take it back to a store and get my credit back to my card. I tried reaching out to 3rd party vendor and kept getting a message that they were having technical issues. Be careful ordering from Walmart 3rd party vendors.

This is the WORST laptop I have ever owned! I don't know who wrote all the 5 star reviews but they are lying. It is SLOW and lags badly. I have very high speed internet. The keyboard sucks. The number pad does not work, and I have now spent hours trying to fix it. I am returning it immediately.

The item was defective. The windows 11 operating system that came with the laptop could not be activated. There was no product key to try and activate it as well and I could not get a hold of the third party seller by phone and their number isn't listed anywhere. The emails I got from the third party seller, we're in Chinese or Japanese so there was no way I can even send them an email back. I needed this laptop for school but now I'm having to deal without while I wait for my refund which is going to take a week to 10 days. This was a total waste of time and a bunch of crap.

This is by far the worst laptop I have ever put my hands on. It disconnects from the internet about every 15 minutes. My phone, tv, tablet, and another laptop do NOT. It's just this laptop. I have ZERO documents saved to this computer because it says I cannot open tabs because there is no storage. It is a useless piece of metal. Save you some frustration and choose a completely different brand.
