SGIN 15.6" Windows 11 Laptop 4GB DDR4 128GB ROM Computer, 4 Core Celeron

I've needed to upgrade my 10 yo computer from win 8 for a while. I decided to go to a laptop instead of getting another desktop. So far I like working with this decade's software lol. I was a bit disappointed that a laptop this big doesn't come with a disk drive, but then again I can't remember the last time that I've purchased a CD or DVD. It has a lot of cool new features. It has USB pruts, an HDMI port, a micro sd card port.. I like it. Id recommend it

This laptop is excellent! It's very fast and perfect for replacing my old desktop computer for work. The screen is large, and the resolution looks incredibly sharp. Totally worth it!

Walmart wont back you up when the defects show up. Wanted me to return the unit with all my personal info and financial records and I said no. They will not helps. Im digusted with Customer Service Walmart will give you a run around

I received this laptop set it up and the next day it stopped working. I contacted Allstate protection plan that denied claim because after 3 days of receiving product its considered pre-existing issue. What the hack! This wondows11 and s-mode is also trash. I want my money back

this laptop didnt work after using it 4 times. The Customer Service for this item is TERRIBLE. When you contact the seller which is by email. they repeat questions I have been dealing with this way over a month. The kicker was give me your credit card we will reimburse in the email. They wouldnt let me return it to a Walmart Store. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau waiting for their response. My advice DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. It is junk and the Customer Service for this website is TERRIBLE.

it will not let us load any files and crashes everytime we start up. we paid a computer guy to look at it and he cant fix it either

work one day. then video driver was replaced by microsoft and will not load. tech support was no help

This product comes from a 3rd party vendor. I did not receive my laptop. I received a Memorex Influencer tablet 3in1 accessories which I DID NOT order. Walmart customer service told me to take it back to a store and get my credit back to my card. I tried reaching out to 3rd party vendor and kept getting a message that they were having technical issues. Be careful ordering from Walmart 3rd party vendors.

I'm very disappointed with this laptop. I thought I was getting a good buy when I ordered it on 12m July because Walmart was competing with Amazon Prime. It's slow, throws me off the internet repeatedly, and I have problems getting into sites. What makes it worse is I can't even return it because of your policy that tech items can't be returned. This item wasn't shipped from Walmart but from another company Lesson learned, I guess.

This laptop was horrible I knew it was a scam when I first saw it because of the price but it was too good to pass up, when we got the laptop it came with Microsoft store not installed which I tried to reinstall but we had problems running it as administrator the laptop also can’t run any games I’m sure it would not even be able to run the jumping dinosaur.
