I purchased this on a cyber Monday deal after looking at it for close to a year. Price was amazing at $148. It arrived 2 days later. I unboxed it and had it put together in 5 minutes. Then it was time for the test. I took it upstairs which has the only carpet in the house and oh my word, this thing was amazingly unbelievable with how well it picked up. Keep in mind I had just vacuumed up there 5 days ago and filled the canister with all the pet hair and kid yuck you could imagine. Gave me a case of the icks, so naturally I vacuumed 2 more times up there. Safe to say my old vacuum needed replaced and I'm so glad I got this one. It's super lightweight and I loved that i was able to detach the canister and vacuum the stairs. Dumping the canister was super easy as well, just hold over the trash and push the button to open the door and out it goes. If you're on the fence about this vacuum, do yourself a favor and get it!

We really needed a vacuum and this machine had a big Black Friday promotion available so obviously I copped. First impression was outstanding. Very impressed with this product right out of the box. The setup is super easy, the vacuum works nicely on different surfaces and emptying the bin is simple / smooth. I highly recommend this vacuum!

I bought a different model last year and although I loved it in every aspect it was very difficult for me to make it swivel using just my foot. This one, however, has a lot more features, and you barely tap it to get it to swivel which, for someone with arthritis in their ankles is essential. It is lightweight for the most part and swivels easily and it detaches to do other jobs so this one is definitely worth five stars.

Love this vacuum! Big enough canister, love the light at the end of the sweeper, except that it sees all of the dog hair! Lol I never realized how much dark hair is on my hardwood floors. Great sweeper.

Perfect for pet owners or anyone that loses a lot of hair. 1 minor design flaw- the dust collecting container is about 1/2 the size as my older Shark. If I'm cleaning the whole house, (3bed,2 bath) I have to empty it mid way. I vacuum part of house twice a week, so it's not disgusting when I do the entirety every other week.

This is a good vacuum and easy to use. Really like that the cup and filter are washable. The suction and beater really gets up the dirt, and the fact that you can easily pull out the suction tube to clean corners and edges is helpful. Only disappointment is the stiffness of the cord. I have concerns that it might break down and shorten the life of a very good vacuum.

So easy to use and I love the headlights so you can see in front and not pick up items you may really not want in your vacuum. I was constantly not seeing coins until it was too late, not anymore. This vacuum is so easy it really just needs you to lead it, it will do the rest. It was a great purchase!! The pickup power is the best!

This is the best vacuum I have purchased ever! Great suction, you can see dirt particles jumping from the vibration as you go across the carpet.The rotating brush just glides with ease. The lift away canister makes stairs and high places easier to manage.

This vacuum is being sold under model number LA492 but arriving as LA490 with LA492 stickers pasted over all instances of LA490. This is deception from either Walmart, their marketplace shippers, or Shark. No one seems to want to take accountability for this, but it is a real issue. I ordered from another supplier, and there were no issues, making me think it was an issue with Walmart and/or their shippers. Another reminder that these large companies are becoming more unreliable by the day, and you might as well take your chances with Ebay, Mercari, Poshmark, etc.
