I've used many other carpet shampoo machines and, it was my first time trying the Dirt Devil brand. I liked both the machine and the cleaning solution. The cleaning solution is great . It's powerful and, smells nice. It got the carpet way cleaner than the professional cleaner did a few days ago.

This was super easy to use and assemble. I have to dogs who are in and out all day tracking in dirt and this definitely did a good job cleaning it all up. I did have to stop a couple times to refill the water and solution tank and dump the dirty tank but I also have a lot of carpet so it wasnt a huge deal. And honestly for the price I felt it was pretty worth it.

This product is highly recommended for families with 5 people and 2 pets. It can effectively clean four rooms. The instructions are easy to follow and the product is user-friendly. I am very satisfied with it.

OMG, the water was like mud. The people here at the hotel never shampoo the carpet. The carpet looks 10% better than it did, of course I will have to shampoo it again.

This carpet shampooer is so very nice I'm loving every minute of using it not only will I use it on my carpet but I'm going to use it on my hard wood floors, it was very easy to put together, love it

I enjoyed the product just upset it ruined the surprise by not being in a regular box since it was marked as a gift. She seen what the “surprise” was supposed to be. That upset me greatly.

Excellent Carpet Cleaner. My only two dislikes are the cleaning out of the front suction container %26 the view to see water being sucked up from carpet. The bottom water container handle blocks the view to see if anymore water is being sucked up. You have to position your self the see it. All in all is a excellent Cleaner.

it looks nice enough. but the power just isn't there. My old Hoover, (I bought this one to replace that one), has better suction. I would recommend the Bissell or the Hoover. I will donate this one. I only bought it because it was a great Black Friday sale price.
