Only issue with this fan is the “SHARK” emblem piece on the front rattles when the fan is pointed down and it dies fast, I don't really care cuz I don't need to move it away from the charger often but the rattling is kinda annoying. The cooling power is very good though so I don't car about rattling.
I have three of these fans. Two of the nicer model and one that I am reviewing here. they are very powerful you can feel them across a room. what I like is that if the power goes out you can pull them off the base and they will run for a few hours at full power or up to 24 hours on low power if you just need some air circulation or a light breeze. I love the look but they are a little on the pricey side.
I love my shark fan- HOWEVER!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM WALMART.COM. You can actually get it cheaper %26%26 with the misting attachment from the shark website itself. I paid $150 for just the fan on Walmart.com with no mister, which is an additional $30 on amazon… and it's $109 on the shark website with the mister!
I have absolutely loved this fan so far. Sturdy, quality, attractive build: looks and feels like a premium product. Virtually silent on the lowest setting and very powerful and still not terribly loud on the highest setting. I have been using it keep a loft cool during the hot summer days. I bought it solely for the loft but have found it does an excellent job of keeping my entire studio cool. I put it on the lowest or second to lowest setting while I sleep, and I have it oscilating on high during the day. Does an incredible job of replacing an overhead fan in my small studio loft. I also love its versatility in terms of being able to function as a desk or outdoor fan.
The fan itself has good air power even at a distance. the battery does not last long as i wishd, so going wireless is a big no. it isnt bulky so it can be placed in several locations in room and it has a nice sleek elegant look to it. i still feel that it is over priced so if i happen to need another fan, i would not buy again.
I love everything about this fan. In fact, this is the 3rd Shark fan I have purchased! The fan is super easy to put together, it has a small footprint, works like a champ and is virtually silent unless you run it on high speed. The remote is handy and even has a magnet that allows you to store it on the back of the fan. I like that you can operate the fan with or without the pedestal as well. My a/c stopped working over the 4th of July and the Shark fans have been a lifesaver! Worth every penny.
I recently picked up the Shark FlexBreeze Fan for our outdoor patio, and overall, I'm really impressed with its performance. It's a true multitasker: works indoors or out, converts easily from pedestal to tabletop mode, and even runs corded or cordless for ultimate portability. The oscillation is smooth and covers a nice area without feeling gimmicky. The airflow is fantastic on the highest setting. It's powerful enough to create a real breeze across our whole seating area, yet it's whisper-quiet even at full blast. That's a huge win for evenings when we want to chat or listen to music without the fan drowning everything out. Battery life holds up well for cordless use too, giving us a few hours of untethered cooling. That said, a couple of minor gripes: I assumed it came with the adapter for the optional water mister (for that evaporative cooling boost), but it doesn't—had to grab it separately, which was an unexpected $20 hit. Also, while the heavy base does a solid job keeping it stable, the design is a bit top-heavy. If it's bumped or a strong gust hits, it could tip over (we've had a close call or two in the wind). Nothing a quick reposition or some added weight can't fix, but worth noting if you have kids or pets around. Bottom line: If you're looking for a reliable, quiet, and powerful fan for patios or indoor spaces, this one's a keeper. The versatility makes it stand out from basic box fans, and I'd buy it again despite the small extras needed.
the shark flicks fan in general is supposed to last 24 hours after you fully charged it to sit on a table outside or wherever you might want to put the fan well this fan charged for the full amount of time and as of yet still has not lasted 24 hours and I don't understand why they would give it that 24-hour thing on reviews and stuff because it doesn't do that for me I think shark really needs to improve battery charge I don't know but our state on charge for a full 7 hours I think 5 to 7 hours is what it says and then you still don't get the 24-hour fun time out of it if you were going camping and you were relying on that you would be really out of luck shark needs to change some of its wording as to how the fans supposed to work I like the fan in general you can pull the top part out and it's portable or you can leave it on the stand I like that part very good but what matters to people is the performance and I would say with it not lasting how it's supposed to that's a big point against me purchasing another shark product because you know you got the sharp mopping back things you got those things and this I was really looking forward to getting and then when I got it I was very disappointed and getting it because it doesn't last like it's supposed to it would be nice to hear from somebody from shark you know asking why you know asking questions to the consumer
I would have given this fan 5 stars because I like that the fan is sturdy and quiet even on high speed. However it oscillates on its own and the turbo boost has initiated on its own three times and I've only had the fan for three weeks. Also I tried to register the fan with Shark but their system does not recognize the model. Is the fan I purchased truly a Shark Flex Breeze? Lastly, Walmart does not offer an exchange for this malfunctioning fan, only a return for a refund. Being disabled I cannot take the fan in to the store for a refund, which is why I requested “shipping”. The box is large and heavy.
It doesn't have that strong of a breeze and a full charge doesn't last 2 hours on high. It's a waste of money unless you're using it in a small space.
