Shark Navigator Lift-Away Upright Vacuum, Pet Friendly, Bristle Brushroll, NV380 Teal

I bought some very expensive vacuum cleaners, and none worked as well as this one. Does I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone who is looking to get the job done and get it done fast it took a little getting used to because this thing really works well it’s going over a spot one time instead of three or four times with another vacuum cleaner

I purchased this on sale for I think $118. I’ve always bought the cheapest vacuums and I know this isn’t the most high end by any means, but it does a great job! The suction is great - I needed something to handle 5 dogs (including a husky that I swear sheds his weight in hair a week). I also love that the canister can detach - very helpful!

I have a dog with fine hair %26 have always relied on Shark products to keep the floors super clean by using Shark vacuums like this upright vacuum since 2016. If you get it cleaned %26 serviced it will last a long time! I gave my first vacuum away to a neighbor when I moved %26 purchased this one. It's very easy to use! The push factor is not an issue for me personally, however I'm 5'10", so someone who is shorter my find this a disadvantage. The photo shows after I moved into my new apartment what the rug cleaning company left behind, yes they did a bad job, however as always it pulled white carpet powder out that was there!

This vacuum cleaner costs $40 more than the last one I bought but it's worth 10 times more. THE ROLLER DOES NOT MOVE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO!!! It does not sling dirt everywhere when I vacuum the floor. It has a hepa filter that makes a huge difference. I have a 125 pound German Shepherd and he tracks in dust and dirt like crazy and sheds like nobody's business. I am constantly pulling out the vacuum. I am 56 and have arthritis in my hands and bone spurs in my shoulders. This vacuum is lighweight and easy to use. Best purchase of the year so far.

This vacuum maneuvers easily across laminate, hardwood and carpet. It has great suction. The canister has two clips on either side to release from vacuum to empty, so that's a little frustrating and makes it more difficult to put back on. The attachments are secured to the handle of the vacuum and get in the way or knocked off while using.

This vaccum requires a fitness level of an Olympic weight lifting champion. The suction is so intense that it grabs onto the carpet and prevents you from pushing it forward. Maybe be okay on lower pile carpets but not for the faint of heart on a plush new carpet. Not recommended for the elderly or small children. May also be used as protection during a dog attack as they seem to run in fear when it is turned on.

I absolutely love the suction power on this vacuum—it works great on bare floors, and I really appreciate the option to turn off the brush roller. However, there’s one big drawback for me: when vacuuming carpet, it’s very difficult to push across the area. I genuinely love everything else about this vacuum, but unfortunately, I’ll be returning it because it’s too hard on my arms and wrists.

Had a lift away years ago and loved it. Thought I would try another when I needed a new vac. I am so disappointed. Less than two months and I’m buying a new vac. Loses suction makes high pitch sound in suction and won’t pull anything out of carpet. Absolute junk. Worked fine the first couple times I used but within 4 uses it was already failing to suck and began making the high pitch noises. Nothing like original from years back. Won’t get another shark.

I got this vacuum because it works very well on dog hair. But I will enclose a picture after having it just a few weeks The plastic at the bottom holding the handle broke off there is no way to fix it. I would really love to have another one if you could see it to make that possible. I did not keep my receipt but would love to return this one and get another one

I don’t know what happened, but it looked like a used vacuum that was a broken piece of glass jar that was at the bottom of the box!. There was broken glass at the bottom of it with a jar and dirt. Super weird. I guess it’s the supplier. Anyway, once we put it together, it appeared to be new. The top half of it is broken and won’t snap. Some of it was wrapped in plastic, but some of it was not.
