Shark Navigator Lift-Away Upright Vacuum, Pet Friendly, Bristle Brushroll, NV380 Teal

I am a true Shark believer I was worried about buy one a level down from my old one of 9 years. But this one is the bomb. I think it works as well as my older one and most parts are interchange from my older so I can use my longer wand on this one. Yeah. Definitely get yourself this one or any shark for that matter but this one is worth every dime.

Ordered on Saturday and received on Sunday. Easy assembly. Used it today and the suction is awesome! I don’t know why I thought it was lighter than it is. I carried it upstairs and it was too much weight for me. I have chronic back pain and had to take a muscle relaxer. The vacuum picked up all this from my 11 y/o grandson’s bedroom. (Suction Power)

I LOVE this vacuum and highly recommend it! What I like: long cord, powerful suction, easy to use, variety of attachments, easy to empty container to clean, and great for the price. We have 2 cats and 2 dogs and needed something more than our previous vacuum. Old one was in the $80 range, and I didn't want to spend a ton more, so I was very pleased with this one for the price and how well it works. My son actually complained that I vacuum too much now :)

This vacuum cleaner costs $40 more than the last one I bought but it's worth 10 times more. THE ROLLER DOES NOT MOVE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO!!! It does not sling dirt everywhere when I vacuum the floor. It has a hepa filter that makes a huge difference. I have a 125 pound German Shepherd and he tracks in dust and dirt like crazy and sheds like nobody's business. I am constantly pulling out the vacuum. I am 56 and have arthritis in my hands and bone spurs in my shoulders. This vacuum is lighweight and easy to use. Best purchase of the year so far.

I bought some very expensive vacuum cleaners, and none worked as well as this one. Does I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone who is looking to get the job done and get it done fast it took a little getting used to because this thing really works well it’s going over a spot one time instead of three or four times with another vacuum cleaner

Have been a frequent shark vacuum fan,I think it does extremely well at picking up dirt,debris,and pet hair from both hard wood floor and carpet. I like how it’s detachable so I don’t have to lug the entire thing up the stairs,the suction is fantastic and maybe a little too much because even after adjusting the suction it tries to suck up the entire kitchen Rug we have under our kitchen table.The front door rug handles it fine as it is a significantly thicker heavier rug. The hoses are easy to take off and clean.my only major complaint is that we’ve had this vacuum less than a year and during normal use the top clip that latches onto the dust cap broke off and you can’t just buy a new little piece it latches onto so you’ll have to buy a new canister if it breaks off during normal use,so I do have to say that this does feel a bit more cheaply made and not as durable as other shark products. Other than that I loved this vacuum and its features. Sorry for the photo of the dirty vacuum lol

This vaccum requires a fitness level of an Olympic weight lifting champion. The suction is so intense that it grabs onto the carpet and prevents you from pushing it forward. Maybe be okay on lower pile carpets but not for the faint of heart on a plush new carpet. Not recommended for the elderly or small children. May also be used as protection during a dog attack as they seem to run in fear when it is turned on.

I absolutely love the suction power on this vacuum—it works great on bare floors, and I really appreciate the option to turn off the brush roller. However, there’s one big drawback for me: when vacuuming carpet, it’s very difficult to push across the area. I genuinely love everything else about this vacuum, but unfortunately, I’ll be returning it because it’s too hard on my arms and wrists.

I don’t know what happened, but it looked like a used vacuum that was a broken piece of glass jar that was at the bottom of the box!. There was broken glass at the bottom of it with a jar and dirt. Super weird. I guess it’s the supplier. Anyway, once we put it together, it appeared to be new. The top half of it is broken and won’t snap. Some of it was wrapped in plastic, but some of it was not.

I've bought Shark vacuums for years but was shicked to find that when the belt came off the beater bar i found there is no way to fix it. the vacuum is designed to not be repaired. It has security screws that cannot be turned. Big disappointment. Whoever made that decision at corporate needs to be removed.
