Shark S3501 Steam Pocket Mop, With 2 Washable Pads, Easy Maneuvering, Quick Drying, Soft-Grip Handle and Powerful Steam

My floors are getting clean because of the steam that comes out of it. The mop heads that come with it, do a good really job of picking up the dirt. Overall, this is the only kind of mop I will use. Walmart sells them cheaper than Amazon for the same thing.

I've owned this mop before, wandered off for a “fancier” Bissell with all the bells and whistles… and came crawling back. The Bissell looked cool until I actually used it.. just extra stuff trying to seem high-tech. The Shark? Simple, powerful, and gets the job done without overcomplicating life. What I love most is the pump action.. it gives you control, and the steam comes up almost instantly. My floors go from dull to spotless in minutes. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and honestly kind of satisfying to use. No buttons, no weird digital settings .. just plug it in and go I've seen people complain about the lack of variable steam or the small water tank, but honestly, that's part of why it's great. It's consistent, quick to heat, and doesn't feel like a workout dragging it around. I can clean my kitchen and hallway on one tank, and the floors dry super fast. If I had to nitpick, I wish the water cap was a little bigger and the cord wrap less awkward.. but that's soo minor. Overall, this mop is a no-drama, no-regret buy. I've learned my lesson: sometimes simple is smarter.

Took me while figure out how get start steaming . But I love it now easier on back than regular mopping! Yay.

I used this mop to remove dirt and grime that my previous tenants left behind in one of my rental properties on laminate flooring. This mops steam action did the trick. I love this mop.

I love my Shark Steam Mop. this is the second one I've had in my adult life. it does a Bodacious job of cleaning the floor and sanitizing at same time. when I received this one it had a problem it would not turn on I called customer service she walked me through what to do step by step but it took me about 10 more stuff before I finally got it correct LOL and they sent me another brand new one so I would highly recommend if you want to clean sanitized floor get a shark Steam Mop and I do believe they have a model available with a separating one to do countertops baby's high chair tops and other places that you wouldn't put a floor mop to. oh yes they reminded me say how lightweight it is but they did not say to say how agile it is to getting into take places because of the swivel head on it I really enjoy it so if you want the best buy a shark I highly recommend

This mop came nicely packaged and pretty much ready to use after reading the instructions. I have high acid water so I rushed out and bought two gallons of distilled water. Was amazed at the little amount of water it actually uses, I'll have them for quite a while and they're cheap. It's very easy to use on tile or wood, is fast and easy, and cleans great. The best part of all is it's cleaning with steam, there's no water residue to pick up after, it's virtually dry a minute or so after you've gone across it. The mop head is easy to remove and clean, just separate the velcro edges and throw in a bucket of soapy water. Ready to reuse when you are. Would recommend to anyone who wants a fast and easy way to keep floors clean.

I bought this to replace the exact model which I have had for 4 years. I love the mop. I like that it cleans with steam instead of cleansers. Traditional mops put the dirty water back on the floor. I gave it four instead of five stars because the handle broke off and couldn't be repaired. Also because it only comes with one pad and it takes two or three to clean all the floors in my house and the additional pads are expensive.

The mop doesn't glide over the floor, I have to literally push it across. I do though have very old floors, so that might be the problem.

Would have rated a "5" if the steam mop came with a spare cloth mop head. As it is I can't use the steamer till the dirty mop head is out of the laundry. Must come with a spare cloth mop. I do not wish to steam mop my floor with a dirty cloth mop.

I bought this mop 8 months ago and it's sat in the closet for 7 months....the mop sounds like it's trying to steam but nothing coming out after 3 times used. Tried the wire trick several times to clean calcifications from the steam nozzle. Mold and mildew also built up in tank after 2nd use and no way of cleaning it. So disappointed. Only wish I could get my money back.
