hands down my fav to use. the ease of a lightweight vaccum and mop is amazing. the pads click on so easy you can just drop it on the floor, place the mop over it and click into the mop. perfect for folks struggling to bend over. easy to pick up and click the pad off and into the garbage. holds charge lomf enough for me to vaccum and mop my movile home at least 3xs.

I live in a home with kids, grandkids, great grandkids, dogs, cats and hubby…it’s impossible to keep the floor clean! I have purchased so many different mops, vacuums, brooms anything I thought might make it a little easier to clean the floors. Nothing really made much difference until I got this mop/vacuum. This makes it so much easier, before I had to sweep one day, mop the next because I am 70 and just can’t do that much at one time. But with this little thing, I can do both vacuum up the dirt and mop the floor almost all at once! I do wait till everyone is in bed, and I take my time, I take a break halfway through, but it doesn’t wear me out. It comes with disposable pads and cleaner, but I have also used it with my own cleaner, and I did go ahead and purchase the reusable pad thing, and it works great, very easy to remove and replace the dirty one, then empty and wash the dirty pad. I highly recommend this mop thing, the suction is great and the sprayer for the solution works well…it does make a little noise, but not too much, no one has come out complaining that it woke them up! I am so happy to have clean floors again with not too much effort.

The first Shark VAC/MOP I had lasted about 5 years. It is great for getting along baseboards. Great suction power and easy to store. The pads have an easy access for dirt and holds a lot of liquid when you need to mop. I have tried so many VAC/MOPs and this is by far the best one I have every used. I have purchased 4 of these to give to my daughters and just purchased a new one for me. Great quality for the price. Note: do not buy the reusable refills on amazon there is no easy way to empty the dirt. Just use the VAC/MOP pads and you will save the headache and money.

I treated myself to a 2nd one for upstairs. Battery is strong and dependable it's my favorite tool . It's a reliable hard worker and it's still going strong after more than 4 years. My five cats give it 5 paws up for keeping 6 litter box areas free of sand!. It's Very lightweight and easy to maneuver . I love it and definitely recommend this little powerhouse

I’ve bought 4 of these in my lifetime. Not because they broke, but because they’re reliable. I thought my first one broke so I bought a second, turns out my outlet wasn’t working. I kept the 2nd one and now I have one upstairs and downstairs. I was traveling for work out of state and the place I was at provided a shaggy dog mop as if we still lived in the 1800s. No thanks. I invested in my third one at this location and convinced the landlord to buy it off of me before I left. Same situation for the 4th purchase. It was a different rented home, and the owner provided me with a broom. Literally a $1.50 dollar tree broom to clean a house as if I’m the Cinderella peasant. No thanks. This landlord didn’t deserve my kindness though so I actually gifted this away to a neighbor. This paired with the mini shark vacuum provides exceptional cleaning power. 10/10 definitely would buy a 5th time.

There's nothing I dislike about the Shark Vac-mop. This purchase was a house warming gift to my sister. I've had my Vac-Mop for about 3 years and was telling her how I loved mine.. With both of us being older sweeping and mopping is very painful due to health problems. Its easy to snap together and maneuver. The pads are easy to put on and take off. The Vac-Mop gets into small areas close to the walls, in corners and around and under furniture, picking up crumbs that a broom can't get. So she is loving her Shark Vac-Mop . No more swishing a broom leaving dust nor wringing mops out.

This is the third VACMOP I've had to purchase in three years. The battery starts to die around a year. That is why I purchase a two-year protection plan this time. They cost too much to buy one every year, but there's nothing else on the market that does what this does.

I only gave three stars because I can’t believe they made it without a light on the front and you don’t realize how much you need that light until you don’t have it. My last shark vacuum mop is still going but the handle snapped. I’ve had it for years with no issue and I use it daily so I highly recommend the product. I just wish they would not have made it without a light! Didn’t even know to look for it when I was ordering and so that made me really unhappy. Helps to see the small sand and dirt on white tile..

Once you start using vacuum and then use the mob side it gets nasty leaving a trail of wet dirt. So either use it as a vacuum or use it as a mob, the two combined dont work well together. It also leaks making a mess wherever the vacmob stands and the liquid gets waisted. There is no option to return or exchange, im just stuck with a product that doesnt work to its advertised potential.

I had one of these and I LOVED IT! Even bought one as a gift for my aunt. I broke the handle after a couple years and after taping it for so long I decided to replace it. I am so disappointed. Apparently they changed and lowered the power on the motor from the first model and it's terribly noticable. The battery doesn't last as long, it's not as powerful and sound like it's struggling the entire time no matter how long it's been charging for. This was awesome and now it's not even Ok :( I would return it but I threw the box away before I realized what had actually happened to the performance. sad.
