I’ve bought 4 of these in my lifetime. Not because they broke, but because they’re reliable. I thought my first one broke so I bought a second, turns out my outlet wasn’t working. I kept the 2nd one and now I have one upstairs and downstairs. I was traveling for work out of state and the place I was at provided a shaggy dog mop as if we still lived in the 1800s. No thanks. I invested in my third one at this location and convinced the landlord to buy it off of me before I left. Same situation for the 4th purchase. It was a different rented home, and the owner provided me with a broom. Literally a $1.50 dollar tree broom to clean a house as if I’m the Cinderella peasant. No thanks. This landlord didn’t deserve my kindness though so I actually gifted this away to a neighbor. This paired with the mini shark vacuum provides exceptional cleaning power. 10/10 definitely would buy a 5th time.

The first Shark VAC/MOP I had lasted about 5 years. It is great for getting along baseboards. Great suction power and easy to store. The pads have an easy access for dirt and holds a lot of liquid when you need to mop. I have tried so many VAC/MOPs and this is by far the best one I have every used. I have purchased 4 of these to give to my daughters and just purchased a new one for me. Great quality for the price. Note: do not buy the reusable refills on amazon there is no easy way to empty the dirt. Just use the VAC/MOP pads and you will save the headache and money.

I treated myself to a 2nd one for upstairs. Battery is strong and dependable it's my favorite tool . It's a reliable hard worker and it's still going strong after more than 4 years. My five cats give it 5 paws up for keeping 6 litter box areas free of sand!. It's Very lightweight and easy to maneuver . I love it and definitely recommend this little powerhouse

There's nothing I dislike about the Shark Vac-mop. This purchase was a house warming gift to my sister. I've had my Vac-Mop for about 3 years and was telling her how I loved mine.. With both of us being older sweeping and mopping is very painful due to health problems. Its easy to snap together and maneuver. The pads are easy to put on and take off. The Vac-Mop gets into small areas close to the walls, in corners and around and under furniture, picking up crumbs that a broom can't get. So she is loving her Shark Vac-Mop . No more swishing a broom leaving dust nor wringing mops out.

I needed something to replace my swiffer vac that got lost in the move. Honestly I wasn't expecting much from the vacuum part of this but it does a great job for something quick. The mop side is great for a quick cleanup but not a deep clean mopping. Battery holds up good on a charge too. Overall very pleased with it and use it regularly.

this thing is ridiculously cool! I didn't know that I needed this until I had it. My floors look amazing and I bought the reusable pads from here, as well. Open up the container emptied in the garbage throw the pad in the washing machine and you've got to vac mop with polishing solution that makes your floors so pretty

This has been life changing. As a mom of three kids and LVP flooring in most of our house, I was tired of constant sweeping and mopping. This is great for daily cleanups and accidental spills like cereal. I love that it’s all disposable so you’re not having to mess with cleaning filters. 10/10 recommend

Great product, cuts my cleaning time in half and easy to use, does what it is supposed to do. It does however have one design flaw that i have noticed. The disposable pad will fold in half every time i start mopping with it. There is nothing keeping the back half of the pad from folding in on itself and it is very frustrating. I found a strong double sided tape that helps with this issue that i apply before i get the mop pad wet and that seems to keep it from folding at least for a little while. i shouldnt have to do that

The suction on it is pretty weak and the battery does not last long at all. The disposable pads are too expensive for it to be practical. It says you can keep the pad on until it is full of dirt or too dirty, but once you use the mop part you could not reuse. Not worth what I paid for it.

Once you start using vacuum and then use the mob side it gets nasty leaving a trail of wet dirt. So either use it as a vacuum or use it as a mob, the two combined dont work well together. It also leaks making a mess wherever the vacmob stands and the liquid gets waisted. There is no option to return or exchange, im just stuck with a product that doesnt work to its advertised potential.
