I brought this adding machine because all my other caluators don't print out receipts . several of work and record keeping that I have to keep needs those as proff/
I had one similar for many years. It finally came to the end of its life. I hope this one proves to be just as reliable. so far so good. maybe a bit more cheaply made than the other but what isn't these days.
I'm a retired CPA and usually struggle with smaller calculators. This one seems to work better for me. The value is OK. Quality seems good. I like that. It is battery operated as well as has a cord. Seems to turn itself off to save battery life. That's a real plus.
This is a great printing calculator. It is a great size to fit on a small desk while working on paperwork but gives accurate information. My one "complaint" would be the lack of instructions. Information on safe disposal is provided in multiple langues but no instructions on loading the paper which wasn't as straightforward as it seems, luckily there is a YouTube video with instructions. Also the provided roll of paper is tiny, so order extra if you plan to use right away.
Too light weight for a desk model.
Love that it works as an adding machine (not a calculator), don't love that I can't get the print/no print setting to change.
I operates fine with the batteries it came with, but I would rather it also came with an optional 120 volt charger.
Just received it today put the batteries in and it will not start. Got a new set of batteries. It still will not start really discouraged because I really needed this calculator today.
I bought this item less than 6 months ago and I has not worked since November. It locks with an error message Pe. I have done the troubleshooting recommended and nothing works.
No user manual included and no adaptor, only batteries. Found manual on a website but it was difficult to follow. Paper roll very difficult to install. Some functions were difficult to follow, even with the user manual poorly written instructions such as print or no print. Very unhappy with this purchase but did receive package quickly. Product only deserves one star and that would only be for the quick shipping.
