Everything as i expected except pajamas material, was too silky for me. I returned them at customer service in Conway. Was no problem.

I only received a stapler. Nothing else was in the box.

Have the time it won't work. You have to staple Twice.

The main staple unit is cheap, made of plastic. The actual replacement staples are only suited for this unit. The replacement staples IS NOT suitable for other staples unit that's laying around your home. Once the replacement staples run's out, you ended up buying a whole new set. The only good quality for this staple combo, is the staple remover, which can be used to remove other staples of any size The main staples are made of plastic, easy to break. You have to staple the paper gently, otherwise the staples will depress fully down and ended up breaking. Once you staple hard the metal housing will depress fully down and you have to literally open the main house %26 then reclose, which is annoying, if you are rushing to meet a deadline. The extra hidden compartment found underneath the main staples housing are made of rubber, if you don't press this hard to lock, the actual staples inside will fall. The replacement staples are only suitable for the main staple. Not compatible with other staples, even though the size is the same. If place inside your other staples that will accept the same staple size, when you staple the paper, the actual staple will not eject and ended up buckling inside your other staples. So, totally worthless. Would I recommend this. Nope. Stick with the dollar stores brand. At least the replacement staples are compatible with it. The price for this should be in the 3.99 range. Made in Taiwan, you are paying for the Tarriff. Not worth the price. After 1 week of use, the main staple broke. The staple main housing locked and opening it is cumbersome. Maximum of 6 to 7 8 x 10 paper, even at this many pages, stapling can be a bit hard.

once again I did not receive this item I received the pencil sharpener but not the stapler with the Staples and staple Pooler I never received it I want a new one I paid for this one and then get it I didn't get it to ship me a new one
