Cool little car. Best one I've ever bought my son. Even I like playing with it. Drifts around, makes sounds and lights up. Very well built too. Looks like an older r/c car and it's not. Love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got this for my 7 year old son. And I didn't think he was going to really be in to it.. well I was wrong cus he definitely love this burn out car.. it makes the sound of when the cars burn out it does everything it's pretty cool.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this over a month ago and I have to say that my son thoroughly enjoys it. He was so excited for it. The quality was great and runs really well. He played with it for hours. If you get this you will not be disappointed with this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids loved this R/C car. The burnout feature of this toy actually works. It does battery power really fast, I put in a set of Energizer batteries and they lasted about a half hour. Fun toy would recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sharper Image - Toy RC Burnout Drifter is a great quality toy. it was easy to set up. comes with a little fuel can and remote. My son loves paying it for hours and never get bored. It is very sturdy toy and am seeing years of life in it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item a toy remote control Burnout Drifter a few weeks ago to try out. So I gave it to my nine year old son to play with. It takes lots of batteries to get it to keep going, takes practice to learn the controls, and the car seems to be built sturdy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids really like this remote control car . It goes frontwards and backwards. The features on it are really good . Gets going pretty fast. Remote is wireless. Has stroke action drifting. Kids really think it is awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't remember when we had more fun with an RC car. First, definitely recommend getting rechargeable batteries and an 8 bay charger, the car needs 6 batteries and the controller uses 4. The car makes engine sounds when spinning wheels for drifting but the headlights are on while using it. The remote was more difficult to master especially for steering. The remote has separate drive button, demo mode, throttle for forward and reverse and steering. The car has a fierce driver inside, looks like he is ready for a challenge. The car has a love red back window that slides to reveal a water fill tank, make sure to fully depress the cap after filling it or the louver jams. You get a mini “gas” can to fill with water to fuel the car. We didn't see the faux smoke after filling the tank but I could feel the spray of water, the kids both big and small were more excited to use the drift function than watching for smoking wheels. This was a seriously fun car to drive, I snuck in a few runs by myself, not quite ready for a race but the kids might have some competition soon. This is a great RC car especially if you grab rechargeable batteries because you will want to race this one a lot.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little toy rc burnout drifting car is pretty cool . From the very neat sounds of the engine to the pill outs while taking off my son has enjoyed it . The controller has very few controls so working it is easy it just takes some getting used to . I would like to see if not need as many batteries ro play with it . 6 double A just for the car . The remote controller also takes batteries. It puts a smile on my son's face so its worth buying batteries for . Its been a good time and been fun to play with . The headlights and lights have leds in them so they light up . You can also add a hit of water to the gas type can included for some safe clean smoke action .
This RC car is heavy in weight for carry but manageable. Unfortunately, it broke within 48hrs of play. It fell from less than 4 feet onto a carpet surface, and the rear passenger tire broke off the axel. Very disappointed. The smoke feature also didn't not function properly.
