I am a grandmother so I give mainly practical gifts such as clothes %26 books. This was the one toy I bought my grandson for Xmas. We charged it, did all the things and it wouldn't go forward or backward. It's missing a tiny cog on one side and on the other side the cog is barely hanging on. I went against my better judgment and bought this. I am the one who removed it from the box so I know it wasn't broken after removing from the box. What a let down.

Item broke after trying to use the item

I was shocked at how small it was when we opened it. When I picked it up I was afraid that my son and I would grab it to hard and break it. We got it to work, but it was very loud. This was the least of our issues. First, the black material around each wheel began to get stretched out and started coming off the tires. Next, an actual tire came off. After this, the piece underneath the rover that kept the three tires on one side connected broke and we only had 5 working wheels. Lastly, the fan also stopped working and the rover could no longer climb walls. My son had it for four days with miminal play time and it is getting returned. Good idea, but VERY poor quality. Picture one shows the tire damage. Picture two shows the broken wheels, and picture three shows what it is supposed to look like.

Poorly made. Not sturdy. Wheels falling off right out of the box. The pins that hold the wheels on will not stay in place. The unit is very loud when operational. My grandson”s Christmas was ruined, when the wheel fell off immediately after it was taken out of the box. definitely not the kind of Christmas experience a grandparent wants to have when giving a gift to their grandchild.

im so disappointed and upset with this. my son was so excited when he opened his present and excited to play with it, just to be let down completely it was delivered broken in the box. I really wanted to put 0 stars but it wont even give you that option. I dont even know who to call or report it to to get a replacement or refund.

Very useless. Didn't even get to use before the other side of the wheels stopped whirling. We never got to use it. The charging port stopped charging. Just bad my son is disappointed for his Christmas gift and I am too.

We ordered this and hid it for a birthday. Went to open it today and it is clearly used. It even had a nerf gun bullet in it that belongs to a different toy.

Gifted for Christmas, opened it up to charge the car %26 put batteries in the remote. The lights on the remote %26 the car will pulse like the instructions state they should. However, the lights continue to pulse instead of stay steady which means they never “connect”. Cannot drive the car at all.

I bought this for my 6 year old nephew. The first time I tried using it to show him how it worked the tracks on one side stopped working. A gear did not stay in place, which meant the tracks didn't turn. Then the other side did the same thing. Hugely disappointing.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. he was so excited and couldn't wait to play with it. It never connected to the remote even with brand new batteries. I felt terrible and wish I never wasted the money. Unfortunately he took the packaging home and it was accidentally thrown away so I cant even get a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
