Feels really good on my neck muscles!
Massage is noisy, and feels okay, but not what I would expect a massage to feel like. Heat works great. There is a gap at the top, so I am not sure it actually massages shoulders. I keep pulling it down.
I think the item would have been on taller women or possibly for men. However,for my size, it was VERY heavy.
It is well made and easy to use but the massage is not that strong just ok
I ordered this for tense muscles in my shoulders. I tried this without heat a few times. the massage gets irritating before it helps me. the massage beads are in one small area rather than all over the item. it might work for single area massage.
the vibration leaves you wanting more, it just isnt strong enough to provide any actual relief. it also doesnt get as hot as i would like but it is nice that it wraps around you.
