nice massager. Multiple strength massage with multiple massage attachments make getting tight muscles to relax. Don't use the cooling feature much but the heat is really useful. Massager is heavy. Charges quickly. Goes for a few days between charges. I do use mist everyday unless I'm using my platform massager.

Works great when my legs get cramps. Compact and I love the case. Heats up very well. I most definitely recommend you buy one. When I bought through Walmart it was the best price even beat Amazon price.

The massage unit was very easy to use and effective. I appreciated the different levels of speed. We purchased this particular item because we wanted the heating option, however from the very first time we used it it would shut off after 30 seconds. We have exchanged the item and are looking forward to trying it again with the new item. I hope it works better!

Massage gun cuts in and out when using it. Hot/Cold settings don't work well (intermittent). Takes a while to charge. If it keeps acting up, I'll return it for a refund.

The massage part works great, but the heating and cooling part stopped working after about two weeks. For the price, it should've lasted a whole lot longer than it did.

It's great but I got one that quickly lost charge. I trade it at the store and the second one had issues with the temperature. I just gave up and returned it. Was great until it wasn't !

It broke after just a few uses. Piece of crap. Total waste of money. Great product helped my pain really well until it broke. Would be highly recommending this as great physical therapy if it hadn't broken. I've tried everything for my pain and it was the only thing that helped and now the piece of crap broke.

I thought it was good based on some other reviews I read. I took it out of the box yesterday after purchasing it about a month ago. Within the first 5 minutes of use it broke. The pulsating head just broke and hangs from the socket now.
