It follows the natural curve of the neck. Everyone has different preference but I would have preferred a larger pillow design to stretch out my neck and trapezius muscle areas at same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I could replace my pillow with this! It feels amazing and supportive of your head and neck. I wish the little pressure point spots were a bit firmer so you can really feel them, but overall this is a great stretcher.

The material is thick and dense but lightweight like a foam so there's no hardness or rigidness. It takes a second to get “in it”, to get situated and comfortable but I did feel a difference… I heard like a crack, but like in a good way, like alignment. The more you use this, you would more than likely feel the effects. It would be best to use it after a long day, to stretch you out, and extend that spine and back. You only have to lay in it for a few minutes, after that it may feel weird or uncomfortable/hurt your neck.
