My favorite kind of sharpie to use in my kitchen. It's fast because I can just pull it out of the drawer and push in the top button, and close it the same way. There are no caps to get lost. I use it many times per day to put dates and labels on prepared foods, packaged foods, etc. and it seems to last forever. I love and use all kinds of sharpies, but this retractable one is a must have for me in the kitchen when I need to be fast.

I always buy these markers in the twin pack at Walmart (which always has the best value). These markers feature a retractable switch on the top end of the handle. The bottom of the marker has a concealed seal that hides the tip when retracted into the handle. With this feature, you can completely operate the marker with one hand, never have to worry about misplacing the cap and you can easily clip this onto your shirt pocket when not in use. these are great for when you will need them for short bursts but many times. you don't have to mess around with a cap or lose it. i love these for this purpose.

Love these markers!! They click like an ink pen does so they don't dry up quickly if you forget to put the cap back on. Helps making markers lasr longer !!

The marker works as expected of a Sharpie and I like the retractable nature. However, I will not buy these again, because the shaft of the marker is too fat to see the actual tip. I need to see the tip so I know where I'm writing.

I was so excited about these markers, because I have wrist pain, and taking caps on and off markers is difficult for me. I opened these Sharpies today. So far, they seem to write well. But one of them did not retract again after being used. Something is wrong with the clicking mechanism. I had to throw that one away, because obviously it will dry out and/or make stains. So half the items I paid for were useless, hence the 3 stars.

They were already dry before I even used them. Fresh out of the package, and this is what they looked like. I can't return because I threw away the package. BEWARE. test pens from Walmart before you throw away the box This is ridiculous for them to already be dried out

The Sharpie Retractable Permanent markers are great when they work. These were hard to retracted and when they did one was completely dried out. I'm asking for a replacement package.
