Great product. First cover lasted a little over three years and it was up all that time. It stood up to the sun, rain, snow and wind at times I thought it would blow away from the high winds we had but it's still up. The new cover will go up this summer.

I needed a replacement cover for a portable garage I purchased 10 years ago. This is the second replacement cover I've purchased. The first one only lasted 2 seasons. (From another Company) I saw that the majority of vendors at the Brimfield Fair were using these exact tops and thought they most likely have more knowledge than I. This one seems heavier, as far as ,the material goes. I like the way the cover lays on the frame, and where the grommets have been placed. I did need to use 2 Six inch bungees for every grommet hole... as to not pull too hard on the cover.

size was good. but the center seam does not match up with the center pole. will contact the company. assembly was ok with 3 people. but the center heavy seam is off by 3 inches.

I ordered the canopy as a replacement. The original lasted about 3 yrs before it started to get some small holes it in and started leaking.The canopy was correct and fit exactly like the original. However, I thought it would come with new ties and it didn't. I was able to reuse most of the old ones, but some were stretched out too bad so I had to use some zip-ties in some places. It I have to order another one in the future, I will see if new ties are available for purchase with it. Otherwise, it works great.

Bought it to replace the canopy on the shelter we purchased from Costco a number of years ago. Although the reviews said it would fit this shelter, it did not fit exactly, and was not the same as the original. The holes for securing it on the sides were further away from the side rails. We had extra bungees and were able to link 2 together to make them reach the distance required.

Bought the complete shelter in July of 2016 and it has worked well. I needed to replace the top cover and I ordered it online. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. My only drawback was I ordered the wrong 10X20 cover, my fault. I didn't check the number on the actual existing cover, I just went online and ordered what I thought was the only 10X20 cover. Unfortunately I ordered the 10X20 cover with the 2" frame and should have ordered the 10X20 for the 1-3/8 frame.

Only reason the canopy cover is three stars is that I have a much older frame that is higher at the peak; so, the top worked but had to be modified as it didn't wrap over the sides. So suggestion have measurement from ground to peak to double check will work.

Just like others have said these do not fit a 10 by 20 Shelter logic frame they are 9 by 20 so you have two options, Either cut 6 inches off of each the overhead bars (that go side to side ) or do what I did and order two sets of their bungees and use two bungees per grommet (linking them together).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weather finally allowed me to install the ShelterLogic replacement top to my Costco canopy frame. It fit, albeit a bit short on the sides, given I suppose that the Costco frame has a slightly steeper pitch than the top is designed for. But 8" bungee cords (not supplied, I am disappointed to say) stretched to the max manage to grip the top to the frame. The front and back are attached via a draw string that assumes a ShelterLogic frame. I had to drill holes in my four corner posts to be able to attach the draw string, and had to feed it through the velcro fastened sides ... not the best thing to do. So it is in place. I'm going to be watching closely to see if the very, very light material holds up.
