Everything packed in one.

Shelly July 26, 2023

So far I'm loving these vitamins. The amount of benefits packed into these capsules was what I've been looking for. I was so tired of taking vitamins for different things but these are all in one plus extra fruits and veggies. Will definitely buy again and I also recommend to families and friends.

Multivitamin supplement

Tk January 3, 2021

Shifaa multivitamin supplement for men and women has all the daily required vitamins and minerals recommended and 42 fruits and vegetables in a liquid filled capsule. Its non GMO and manufactured and inspected by the FDA. The capsules are large and people with shellfish allergies should avoid this product. As with all supplements , you should consult your doctor for any reactions to any meds you may be taking. I take a multivitamin twice a week as it can help when your not eating a well balanced diet.

delicious

roughdimond January 17, 2021

When buying vitamins I tend to stray from gummies because they are never very good. These surprisingly have a good flavor and are actually a vitamin I will be willing to take daily. The amounts on the bottle are good for a daily supplement compared to other brands.

Supercharged Vitamin

Ginger6 January 13, 2021

THE ULTIMATE MULTIVITAMIN with Superfoods by SHIFAA NUTRITION is a dietary supplement that contains an additional forty-two fruits and vegetables. The capsules are black and have a vegetable smell but are easy to get down with a glass of water. I noticed no particular odor coming from sweat glands as I have with some supplements. Two liquid filled capsules, taken with meals, one or two times daily, is what is recommended. There is an ALLERGY WARNING that it contains shellfish and the facility where it is manufactured may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. IF you normally take a multivitamin, then taking one that gives you extra supplements is a win, win situation, so give THE ULTIMATE MULTIVITAMIN serious consideration.

I like the energy boost I get from these

Megatron January 28, 2021

I works great for me. I really like all of the Fruits and vegetables that are in it. I actually feel a little energy boost shortly after taking them in the morning. And I feel they work better for me than other brands of Multi vitamins that I have tried in the past.

Multivitamins for the Win

AwesomeAmy January 22, 2021

As a picky eater, I like that this multivitamin contains Superfoods and 42 Fruits and Vegetables. Makes me feel like this is just a step up from those "rainbow" multivitamins . Also, it is certified Halal by the Islamic Services of America and manufactured in America (California). The capsules are black, which was weird, but I think that keeps the inside as fresh as possible because light cant' get to it, maybe? Also, they are liquid capsules, as opposed to a pressed tablet. The gelatin coating makes it a smidge difficult to swallow, but it's much easier than a huge tablet! I haven't noticed any detrimental issues (no headaches or gut irregularities) with this product, though I do only take one per day. The directions say I should take two capsules, once or twice a day with meals. Here is the list of the "42 Fruit & Vegetable Proprietary Blend:" Blueberry, Cranberry, Grape Seed, Strawberry, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Bilbery, Alfalfa Leaf, Carrot Root, Beet Root, Broccoli, Acai, Chokeberry, Apple, Apple Pectin, Maqui, Grape Skin, Black Cherry, Tomato, Barley, Celery Seed, Chlorella, Black Curant, Artichoke Leaf, Mango, Pineapple, Spirulina, Dandelion, Wheat Grass Leaf, Green Tea, Milk Thistle Seed, Eleutherococcus Senticosus Root, Ashitaba, Bing Cherry, Elderberry, Goji Berry, Grapefruit, Mangosteen, Spinach, Tart Cherry Skin, Papaya, Asian Pear

Good, Not Unusual

BeachyAndFrugal January 5, 2021

The vitamins seem to be normal multivitamins. I do not know of anything wrong with them but also have nothing outstanding or celebratory to say either. They don't make me nauseated or belch, so that's good, but most vitamins don't.

Energy galore!

Beautifulfierysoul January 15, 2021

This product gave me alot of energy for sure!!! So much energy it caused insomnia and I was unable to sleep for a few days after starting it. I was eating one meal per day and yet I somehow managed to gain ten pounds in just a week! The upside to it was it did help my finger nails go from brittle to beautiful and strong. It is easy to take. I only took two in the morning with my juice. I stopped taking it yesterday and I got my much needed sleep finally last night.
