its a one direction only fan. for the price a multidirectional fan is about the same price and no hassle of taking out and turning around when wanting outside air or the fan blowing out. Not a huge deal but like i said for the same price almost got the multi directional window fan

I bought a couple of these to use while our central air conditioning is broken and waiting to be fixed. I'm very pleased with them. Putting them in windows on opposite sides of the house, one facing in and one facing out, is very effective at bringing the cooler night air inside. The price was reasonable and they are not unattractive. The highest speed sounds like you'd expect a fan to sound, but the quiet speed still brings in air while the sound is unnoticeable.

The item was of very poor quality, the switch felt flimsy and cheap and probably explains why the high fan mode did not work, if I manually held held it between between the High II and LOW I settings it would blow on high for a few seconds then cut in and out and would stop as soon as I let go of the flimsy switch! We had to return the item as defective and did not want a replacement to try this item again since it was of such low and poor quality.

THIS IS A LIFESAVING FAN!!! I have a tiny one bedroom apartment with only one window in the bedroom and one window in the living room. I accidentally left hot dogs boiling unattended on the stove. I can't open the apartment door for the smoke to escape, since the hallway smoke alarm would go off and notify the fire department. My apartment absolutely filled with thick smoke. I quickly took care of the pan, then put one fan on exhaust and the other on intake. the smoke cleared completely in only 17 minutes. I never would have been able to clear the smoke without them. THEY WORK, even though they seem not to. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

we use this as an exhaust fan to get some of the heat %26 humidity out of my daughter's room. She has no ceiling fan to circulate air %26 as a teenager, refuses to keep her door open so cool air can come in. Runs quietly %26 seals to window so no flying critters can come in

I've bought many fans over many decades, and I've never found another with a "quiet" setting that comes close to this; when you choose its low speed setting, it truly is whisper quiet. At its higher speed settings, it moves a lot of air. The expandable side panels filled my 32 inch window opening easily. Great price, too.

I've had this product for a week and it is working very well. It's quiet mode is very quiet. It draws air hot air out of my room outside and it doesn't let any hot air in and combine with my ceiling fan. It's keeping me very cool here in the early part of summer I will reserve total endorsement until August.

This fan fits easily in your window and has options to blow cool outdoor air in on summer nights and to blow out air if you have a cigarette smoker visit and i sat a chair right in front of the window for the smoking guests. Or to blow out air in your kitchen if your cooking. I also use with extension cord on a stand or chair to circulate the air-conditioning air to another room. No stand features but you just have to lean up on something. I will probably buy another to definitely circulate summer night air inside to cool down at night. Luv it.

Not as powerful as hoped but does move air. It is reversible which is a great feature controls on both sides of unit. Bug screen can get clogged fast but is washable. Kinda a pain to install. Will fit most windows. All in all a decent air mover at a decent price.

Order never arrived I contacted customer service %26 they said oopsie we are out of stock we will refund your money, it’s been a month and still have not received my money. I checked to see if they credited my account instead of refunding me but no, not credited either.
