Great price! We use this for our kitchen, as it gets unbearably hot in there ehile cooking. This has been the perfect solution. The sides pull out to block bugs from entering. Pleasantly Surprised by the output of this fan while not being loud! 3 modes with great power levels. 10/10 Highly recommend

THIS IS A LIFESAVING FAN!!! I have a tiny one bedroom apartment with only one window in the bedroom and one window in the living room. I accidentally left hot dogs boiling unattended on the stove. I can't open the apartment door for the smoke to escape, since the hallway smoke alarm would go off and notify the fire department. My apartment absolutely filled with thick smoke. I quickly took care of the pan, then put one fan on exhaust and the other on intake. the smoke cleared completely in only 17 minutes. I never would have been able to clear the smoke without them. THEY WORK, even though they seem not to. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

This fan fits easily in your window and has options to blow cool outdoor air in on summer nights and to blow out air if you have a cigarette smoker visit and i sat a chair right in front of the window for the smoking guests. Or to blow out air in your kitchen if your cooking. I also use with extension cord on a stand or chair to circulate the air-conditioning air to another room. No stand features but you just have to lean up on something. I will probably buy another to definitely circulate summer night air inside to cool down at night. Luv it.

I've bought many fans over many decades, and I've never found another with a "quiet" setting that comes close to this; when you choose its low speed setting, it truly is whisper quiet. At its higher speed settings, it moves a lot of air. The expandable side panels filled my 32 inch window opening easily. Great price, too.

its a one direction only fan. for the price a multidirectional fan is about the same price and no hassle of taking out and turning around when wanting outside air or the fan blowing out. Not a huge deal but like i said for the same price almost got the multi directional window fan

I own five of these fans for my home. I've found them all to be perfect until the latest one, which doesn't work on the highest setting out of the box. Otherwise, I've had very little issues with them. They come with a bug screen, but they do have quite a few other holes and gaps. You can plug some of those with the included adhesive foam strip, but there isn't quite enough of the foam to do everything, and too many small and odd-shaped gaps. Bugs do still get in. This will be more of an issue if you're in the country - in the city, it's pretty negligible, but we don't have mosquitos en masse. The fan has 3 speeds which are appreciably different. The gentle mode is pretty quiet, and the highest mode, II, can be fairly loud. The gentle mode gets plenty of air moving in my opinion. So far they've all lasted well, they're easy to install by just closing the window onto them. I have never used anything to hold them in. They look very nice and stay clean looking without any maintenance.

OK, so I gotta admit if you put the legs on it and have it on the table, it does blow nice cool air, if you stick it in the window and it’s a cool night out or a cool day it blows nice cool air in, and it does blow exhaust out if you flip it the other way. The only reason why I’m given this three stars ✨ is because it is loud. Whether it’s in the window or on the stand, it is loud. If you don’t mind the loudness then I say get it. I’m glad I got it because it helps with the cool air and I have to have fans on me. I have a small fan plus this one because I’m actually in menopause and it helps some. Just the loudness will drive you nuts. But I am up on the eighth floor and I definitely need something because heat rises, once I get an AC unit I’ll put it on a different table to help circulate the cool air. I’m in a studio apartment where my bedroom and living room is together in between the three fans I have it’s gonna be OK because I’m actually ordering another two fans , I won’t order another one of these just because it it’s so loud. I’ll end up getting the Table fans but the good size ones. But this will definitely do for now, and if I get tired enough, I’ll be able to fall asleep with it. This is why I have mixed feelings is because it definitely helps with the coolness and blows decent amount air/loudness. So buy at your own risk. When it is in the window, if you’re not sitting there, you’ll be able to hear your TV, but if you’re right near it, you’re gonna wanna turn your TV up some for sure cause that’s how loud it is in your ear. I am keeping it because I definitely need the fan. Has a few different speed controls and I have it on low and it’s so loud I do take the legs off it to put it in the window and the extensions are good too. And then when I go to put it on my nightstand at night or if it’s raining, put it on the table put the legs back on it. And you really have to snap them in be careful so you don’t break them because they are plastic .
