I purchased three pairs of Shock Doctor compression shorts in the wrong size due to the misrepresentation of the size scale on the Walmart website. I tried to resolve this online, but not. I spoke with a man located in an offshore call center who did nothing but make excuses for why the clothing items that I purchased in a large size due to the misrepresentation of the size scale on the Walmart website could not be exchanged for the same item in a medium size. good quality BUT where the waist fits, the legs are too loose. it honestly looks like someone returned the ones we were sent, the original package was already opened, the shorts were literally shoved in the box and smelled of body odor! i didnt purchase these used, i purchased them new. ill go to a sporting goods store instead, lesson learned!
