Initially I thought the brace was too small. They do provide a diagram, but I had difficulty in loosening the adjustable straps. My body just wouldn't cooperate to loosen them with the brace on. I began to experiment by moving the straps up where I could reach them and still be able to put the brace on. Once I was able to do that, then I could adjust the straps tighter to hold my shoulders where they should be. I do have to loosen it back to be able to remove the brace. Best to wear the brace over your shirt to cushion your arms.

Tried many posture contraptions. Have bad shoulders as well. Cannot reach behind to put them on. This is the first one that has easy to follow instructions. Also I can reach the straps behind my back! They are quite long. It is well made and soft. It doesn’t hurt my neck or chafe my skin. Highly recommend.

I am glad to have found this posture support. It reminds me to keep my shoulders back and does not cut off circulation under my arms.

Helped my back but you can't wear it very long at a time. Or I couldn't.

I like that this brace just holds the shoulders back, not a full brace. The fastening straps have Velcro on the same side making it less firm and must wear over of t-shirt or camo/full slip. If they fix the fasteners it will be a great brace.

If you a skinny smaller person it will work just fine

I don’t know if it’s just it don’t fit me, but it’s not as comfortable and it goes up and pushes on your neck
