I wasn't aware these were organic...they're just organic yellow and white corn, avocado oil, and sea salt. they're better than the cheaper taco shells, crispier and better flavor...the other (the two big brands) ones are chewy and fake tasting to me. one of these shells was broken, the outermost one. I think the big brands make them tough and chewy so they don't break in shipping. , these are real food so they break easier. I would still buy these again, I think they are worth the price.
So good!! And see oil free!
We eat 90% gluten free at the moment. These have been a great option for our family. It's also made with great ingredients so it is a nice quick option for us as well. We will continue to use these in our weekly rotations. Only flaw is the two inner most shells have broken in every box.
The taco shells were very good. Nice crunch and taste, gluten free and non-GMO ingredients. My only complaint is the packaging. Several of the shells were broken right out of the box.
Love these taco shells and have bought several times. The biggest disappointment the shells are always broken in package. Lot of money for broken shells (2-3 shells broken) per box. These shells have a much better taste than the Taco Bell shells.
To be honest I can't rate on the taste because I have not tried them yet. But I can say I am very disappointed because I had my heart set on actual tacos today but when I opened the box all the shells are smashed and I don't believe any survived the shipping process. I wanted tacos but being I don't like to waste food I will use the broken shells to make taco salad .
the reason I won't recommend this brand anymore is because they're adding folic acid. since CA has ordered all corn flour to have it added it's now going to be in everything even tho the ingredients I checked prior to purchase didn't label it. it's on the box tho. boo! we can't eat folic acid. it's a fake vitamin that blocks actual folate absorbtion.
the product was good. the crunch and taste good. this item was shipped to me. the box was crushed and so were the contents. i would suggest better packing.
I recently opened this product after purchasing it a few months ago however, it was stale. Surly noting that its expiry date is in 11/2025! It should have been good.
Taste good but they came all crunched up.
