The head board disappears if u have a box spring also. But I think I'm gonna add some 1x4 to lift it up some. Other than that I love it.

This bed set is absolutely 100% sturdy! Was delivered within a few days, simple and easy to put together

I DO NOT recommend this bed... AT ALL! FIRST I receive the bed and the box is tore up. SECOND I unbox the bed and it's missing the two most important boards (the E boards) that attach the head board to the rest of the bed. I realized the bed a SMELL to it that I thought would go away... as of today I still have the bed and its missing the 2 pieces b/c the suppliers will NOT try to make it right AND this bed still has this GOD AWFUL SMELL to it. I bought this bed on June 14th. Do not be like me and take the cheap way out, it completely bit me in the tail. I'm out of my money and a bed.

The frame looks nice, but we haven't even had it for 6 months and I already have to replace the center support. my husband and myself combined weight is less than 400 pounds too so there's no reason it should have broken. in the pictures you can see how delicate the center support is for this king size bed, and you can also see where the anchors ripped straight out of this really lightweight wood. if you do not intend to sleep in the bed, it's probably a good purchase. but if you intend to sleep in the bed and use it like a normal human being, I would buy something else.

I ordered this bed. Didn't have one board. Finally received an entire set. When I started putting it together, nothing fit like the instructions show. The boards for the headboard are not cloth, like it shows, and the holes are not anything like the instructions show. The instructions don't make sense according to the actual pieces. Wish I could return both of them. Now what?

It's got horrible smell. Almost a week it's in bedroom and all windows are open. Specific synthetic smell still there, you can not stay in bedroom more then 10 min. I hope horrible smell go away. Be careful to buy it smell can stay forever , means you can use it.
