The package was well packed with care. Everything in the box was labeled clearly to understand for assembly easily. I'm unsure if this was designed or made in Japan, but messages were written in Japanese. It was committed to quality service messages and customer service instruction. The tool came with the part is unlike any other, and I will be keeping this in my tool box. As for the chair, I feel very comfortable and low enough for 5.3 to rest on it. Both armrests lift up and hold until they pull down. I had to put some pads on the armrest as it does not have them. I used memory foam and wrapped it with a cute self-adhesive bandage, as I had no time or money to get customized padding. I am a full-time worker and full-time student, so I spend most of my days in the chair. Anti-blue light eyeglasses and this chair made my work efficient and fewer headaches!

The chair arrived earlier than we expected, and in great shape, so that's a plus. The directions were easy to follow. There were extra screws/bolts for every step, and it went together without a problem. The chair seems sturdy, but it is somewhat smaller than expected. I am 5' 10", and the seat ends mid-thigh for me. Also, the arm rests were short for me. My wife is 4' 11", and the chair's dimensions were perfect for her use. It was intended for her, so this worked out perfectly. She has only used it a week so far, but she claims it is comfortable, and believes it will last. I would recommend this computer chair to anyone based on design and quality, but suggest it for smaller framed people.

Very comfortable chair .....

Im not one to drop money on a chair so I went in with low expectations as “you get what you pay for” but this surpassed my expectations. Its easy to install and allows you to lean back with stability. My boyfriend even bought one the next month after stealing mine for gaming every night😂

The chair was difficult to assemble at first but you just have to put a lot of pressure on the screws when putting them in. The chair is very sturdy and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone!

The price was great! Lightweight to put together by yourself. It's sturdy, comfortable and nice lumbar support. I needed a chair to put in a tight spot. Worked well, especially with the arms that can be moved up so it can slide better under the desk. Not plush, but nice minimal look.

Overall a solid ergonomic chair — comfortable, well-built, and the adjustability is genuinely useful. However, the armrest locking mechanism is defective. When extending the armrests, they inconsistently fail to lock into position. Sometimes they lock fine, other times they don't catch at all. This is a consistent issue, not a one-off. Currently in contact with Sihoo support for a replacement. Good chair otherwise, but a frustrating defect on a component you use every day.
