Works great - you just have to put flour on it to prevent the dough from sticking but that is normal for any surface. It's a great size and rolls up for storage. My old very large wooden baking surface finally cracked and was hard to store due to it's size.

Well, I got the big one (20 x 28 Inch). It is big enough to contain most of the baking mess from making bread. Very good quality. Not thin. Lays flat and sticks nicely to countertop. I can't vouch for its usefulness in the oven, as I don't use it for that purpose.
