I received the item quickly, and it came well-packaged in a small box. It took a day or two to fully expand to its normal thickness, but I was able to sleep on it the first night without any issues. The mattress conforms to your body—you really melt into it—which makes it very comfortable. It's perfect for me, and I'm happy with the purchase.

We had an uncomfortable bed according to my wife. She was have trouble sleeping and waking up in the night. This was soft and comfortable and allowed her a much better nights sleep.

I was expecting this to be a small mattress top sort of thing you just add to a bed but it's basically a full mattress size but I'm comfortable material that seems to almost cuddle you while laying on it! Definitely recommend ten out of ten and would definitely buy this again!

Great buy, when I opened the wrapping that it came in, the mattress fluffed up pretty quickly, very comfortable.

I ordered a king size, 10" firm mattress. So, I was somewhat surprised that it wasn't as firm as I expected. I'm 5' 3", 123 pounds. So, when I noticed that the mattress sinks in when I lay on it. I was very concerned. However, I when I get up, it regains it's shape instantly. I'm do not believe that this is actually a firm mattress.

It only stays fluffy a short while. Then you have to try to re fluff it. I wouldn't purchase it again. I was charged almost $30 for shipping!!!! I NEVER would have spent that high of shipping! Especially not on this topper.

Said it was plush, but more firm, and then when I tried for a return, they kept wanting pictures and then they quit answering any thing I did, I finally gave it away and got another one

ITS NOT 10 INCHES ITS IS ONE AND A HALF INCHES I HAVE PICTURES..THIS IS MY 3RD TIME BUYING MATTRESS 1ST TIME VERY NICE BUT THESE 2 COMPANIES NO WAY I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT..IT WONT LET ME PUT THE PICTURES
