i had barely opened the package and it already inflated a lot. it is firm foam but i have no issue with it. i laid on it and it was comfortable to me. i recommend.

I recently purchased the Zinus Gel Airflow 10” King Tight Top Memory Foam Mattress from Walmart, and I’m extremely happy with my choice. The mattress is very comfortable and supportive, with a cooling gel layer that really helps with temperature regulation. I’ve been sleeping much better since switching to it. Walmart’s delivery service (FedEx)was also fantastic—fast, on time, and hassle-free. The mattress arrived in perfect condition and expanded quickly with no issues. Highly recommend this mattress and Walmart’s great service. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I never do reviews but this mattress is really good!!! I’ve had it for almost a year and it’s perfect!! Also affordable. I bought mattresses on Wayfair and other pricier websites and chose to try this one by chance and it’s better than any I have bought and for the price it’s amazing!! The mattress feels soft but firm. It’s more on the firm side which is great because why would u want it wobbly. It’s also soft when u lay on it. It’s firm but does not feel hard as a rock, it’s a perfect combination. Also if ur on one side the other side doesn’t move so you can have a drink and if someone lays next you it won’t fall lol. It’s the best!! I hope they stock up on queen sizes soon

This is not our first Zinus air gel mattress. We've been really happy with the mattresses we bought for our weekend home, so when it was time to replace our master bedroom mattress at our primary home we decided to buy another. Item arrived on time as expected. It arrived in February of 2026, but the box indicated it was packed in September 2024. Most people know that memory foam mattresses are not supposed to remain compressed in the box for more than 3 months, but Walmart shipped this out anyway. When I opened the package, it didn't spring to life like I've grown to expect. It stayed compressed. I left it on the floor to give it 72 hours to do something or anything. 72 hours later, it had expanded in the center, but the corners were about two inches thick. One edge remained compressed to about 4 inches. I initiated the returns process, but they require you to either take it to a store (a king size mattress) or wait for a freight pickup. I decided to do a lot of stomping on the compressed sections to try to activate the foam. It worked for the sagging areas in the center, but not the corners. Two hours of time under the blow dryer followed by a few foot compressions on every corner got it to expand to some degree. Didn't get to where it should, but started getting close. At the end of the day, I was able to get the mattress to expand to 8 inches thick (not 10 as it should be). This is not Zinus' fault. I lay the blame at Walmart's feet. They never should have been shipping mattresses that were held in a compressed state for more than a year. They had to know this and did it anyway It will be the last mattress I buy from them.

It doesn’t hold up meaning it forms an indention or hole where you lay and it rises on the other side. I nearly fall out of bead because it leans and then can hardly get up. I’ve got to replace it because I hate it! I’ve replaced all the slats and even got one of those new slat boards and it didn’t help a bit.

I got a new mattress and left it to inflate for about 28 hours, but one side measures 10 inches while the other side still appears smaller with curve on the other side

Upon reviewing the video footage (attached for your reference), I noticed that the packages were not placed at my doorstep as expected. Instead, they were left almost on the street, in a way that not only exposed them to potential damage or theft but also obstructed the entrance to neighboring homes. This method of delivery does not reflect the level of care and professionalism I expect from a company like Walmart. It is particularly concerning that the delivery blocked access for others in the area and did not respect the boundaries of the intended recipient’s property. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and address the matter with the appropriate delivery personnel or third-party logistics provider to ensure this does not happen again. Deliveries should be handled with greater care and consideration for both the customer and their neighbors. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in future deliveries.

zinus mattress 10'' is what I ordered days later still did not fully inflate was extremely lumpy and it was 8'' 6'' 7'' all over different sizes never really inflated to 10'' so I called to return lady made an appointment for freight to pick up then the day came to pick up and got an email from freight telling me I needed to schedule appointment but I said Someone already schedule it for today he said no they received nothing I said well how did you know I was returning something to send email he had no answer so they schedule it for next week I was furious 4th of July week I'm dealing with this damaged product sitting in my living room. Never will I buy big items from walmart I should NOT be dealing with the middle man for return as a walmart plus customer for 20 years, DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

When I opened the product it was already damaged and designed very poorly.It looks like it was already used by someone else.I wanted to like the product because if the price but I am very disappointed.I usually don’t return the product but this time I am going to return.

The bed is extremely uncomfortable I had to get a mattress topper just so I could make it more fluffy and suitable for my body, but I wanted to test it out for a few months before I made a review because at first I thought it was just because it was new and needed to fluff out and that’s why it was so hard but it’s been a few months. I’ve had it and it’s still hard. I don’t feel memory foam at all.
