I didn't know this existed and had tried birch benders protein pancake mix before and liked it. But this one is my new favorite! I look forward to the next amazing thing that they make! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that these pancakes are made with almond flour. Then I realized that it doesn't use regular sugar, either. Who knew sugar from coconut trees could taste so good. A win-win all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple mills is my go to for lots of premixed baking options including pizza crust. This protein pancake mix is a good option though I hope simple mills creates a vegan product without the egg as an option for those vegans in the family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this product is how easy it is to make and that you don't have to add anything besides water. You can definitely taste the almond flour of it, but it's a good quick and easy pancake solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this mix knowing that it was gluten free and also high in protein. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed in the end. I have started making my own waffle/pancake mix using cottage cheese, egg whites, oats, and protein powder that is also gluten-free and high in protein. I think my batter tastes a lot better.

I was a little cautious after I made the mix and saw the consistency- which was a lot like cornbread. Each pancake requires 2 tbs of butter which is insane. When cooked, they aren't very tasty smelling. When eaten, they are not yummy in the least. Nothing good here.
