Simple Solution Super Absorbent Training Pads for Dogs - 23x24 inches - 100 Count

I just want to be clear the Simple Solution Training pads I received are the 23x24" inch size. I have a six year old, 7 pound, Maltese. Bo has never done his bathroom business outside. He uses training pads. I do generally utilize the approximate same size as these 23x24 inch. Since I am retired and home most the time with my dog, that size works well. However, this brand 'Simple Solution' are thicker and will in fact hold more fluid. Therefore, if you are someone that is looking for a good training pad that will not break the budget but hold your dog's fluid, this is probably a good choice for you. If you have a large dog, I would not recommend the 23x24 inch size and instead choose the larger size. I do want to be clear that these are not super thick but they work well for the small dogs. They are quilted and come contained in clear plastic within the manufacturers box as the image displays in the description. My little dog takes right to them, no problem. They do seem to block odor better than what I have been using but here again, I don't leave them down long once I see it has been used. I would suggest trying them in the size you wish and see if these work well for your pet too.

This is a box of Simple Solutions training pads. The box contains 100 pads each measuring 23"x 24" inches. They also have a wetness indicator, odor neutralizer, 6 layers of absorbency and leak prof quilting. I tried these out with my older dog that usually uses a potty patch and tray. I really love these pads because I didn't have any trouble getting him to use them. When I picked it up to remove it, it didn't leak or drip. Also I didn't smell any odor at all. I would recommend these to anyone to train puppies or just to help an older dog out.

I'm a senior with a senior small dog. These pads are great. It's really cold,snowy and rainy this time of year and I hate putting her out in the weather. Older dogs are sort of like older women they go out for business more often. She has always been house trained but these pads are great when it's bad outside. I keep them down for her use and they are extra thick so they hold more. They make a difference for both of us and she learned to use them quickly.

As stated from prior reveiws I am bad on measurements , But this pad is awesome!!! Doesn't leak through . I have many cats of all ages , I am a rescuer of cats. So I do not use as training pads for dogs. I use for pads for elder cats that cant make it to the litter box which also trains my kittens to use the litter. I set the pads outside of the box and the kittens used the pads then went into the box.

These are very absorbant nothing leaks through although my dog could use a little help with her aim I use them with my adult dogs when I have to be away I put them down and dont have any worries Knowing they catch it all and dont get on my floor these work Much better than the ones I had been purchasing so I'm sold on these and will buying these from now on

These are so much better than the old newspaper training. We go thru puppies and sometimes infirmed dogs. I read the size, but still impressed they are big. And they work and hold fluid fine. I'd never used these before for training so the first thing I did was pour water on one to see how much they hold. And they hold a lot. The size is large enough you don't have to worry too much, just getting the pup to use it. Since this is my first time using training pads I'm not sure how competitive the pricing is. This isn't an item to go completely by price because quality is so important. But these are also a quantity item so price will figure in. All in all, we've had good results with them and everyone (puppies included) seem to like them.

When my dog used the Simple Solution Training Puppy Pads I knew I had a winner. We had been using another brand of pad, but she always seeped through them. When using these, there was no seepage whatsoever. You can tell these are made thicker with 6 layers. I'm glad my dog likes them too. You will definitely see a difference. I highly recommend these.

Molly is a small Cavalier. These pads work perfectly for her needs. She is fully trained to go on these pads whenever in the house. She does go for 2 walks a day outside. But for even the worst situation these pads work great. With the plastic backing, clean up is easy. Highly recommend.

This product contains 100 training pads that arrives in a large box with two columns of neatly packed stacks of pads. Each pad is big enough to capture leaks from all sides. Leaks aren't necessarily captured and contained. Liquid has the tendency to spread past the "so-called ultra shield." The primary advantage of this product is the one size fits all framework. On the box, a puppy is displayed so one would assume this product is used for beginners or new puppies. This product is for dogs of all sizes and phases of training. I appreciate the fact that the pad is large enough to capture liquid. My dog absolutely loves this product. She locates the pad and tinkles as much as possible. She tends to frequent the mat even if its just a drop of urine. Apparently, this product possesses a mechanism that attracts the dog, in which case, she automatically knows where to go without encouragement or prompting. The manufacturer claims that these pads can hold up to six cups of liquid. I believe this is not entirely the case. My dog drinks a lot of water at least six cups of water throughout the day. Unfortunately, the liquid isn't adequately captured and locked in the pad. I discovered that liquid can penetrate through the outer layer of the pad, thus prompting additional cleanup. If a product claims to hold a specific amount of liquid I would prefer the pad to be dry on the external lining of the product or at least dry on the floor. Consequently, the pad was soiled on both the top layer and bottom layer of the pad. After removing the pad I was still obligated to endure additional cleanup, i.e., discard pad and mop the floor. This observation leads me to believe that it doesn't hold as much liquid as the manufacturer claims.

I have a brand new puppy and in the middle of trying to potty train. These pads are absorbent but tear with little effort. Their size is perfect for a puppy. You have be very careful that your puppy does not eat the torn pieces. For me I will wait until she is a bit older as she shreads them in seconds. I would suggest you not use these pads at an early age.
