Simply Asia Sesame Teriyaki Noodle Bowl, 8.5 oz Cup

This is a good tasting alternative to the normal lunch. It has several packages inside and a nice bowl and a lid with a vent to heat up the contents. I really liked this and will be buying again. I would suggest that you try it as I believe you will not be unhappy.

It implies it's only for the microwave but if you put the plastic bowl on a metal cookie sheet or ceramic dinner plate, you can bake it at around 200-250 F. Today , I used a ceramic serving dish, and emptied the contents of the Simply Asian into the bowl and baked in a 300F for 20 minutes in a toaster/ convection oven. Better taste than the microwave.

These instant teriyaki noodles were such a pleasant surprise! The noodles cooked up quickly and had a great texture—not too soft or mushy. The teriyaki sauce was flavorful with the perfect balance of sweet and savory, making it taste much better than I expected! It's a convenient option for busy days when I want something quick but still satisfying. If you're looking for an easy, tasty lunch or snack with classic teriyaki flavor, this noodle bowl is definitely worth trying.

The noodles overall are pretty tasty. They are well sauced and the sesame topping is good. However the noodles lack enough veggies and it leaves a lot to be desired in that aspect. The sauce itself smells vinegary and less like teriyaki, with a somewhat acidic aftertaste as well. I do like the sauce, and the noodles overall make for a nice lunch.

The Sesame Teriyaki from Simply Asia was easy to heat and flavorful. My microwave went out, so I slow cooked it in my heated lunchbox. All the ingredients were packaged separately within the disposable bowl. Easy tear packaging was nice. Directions have you add 2 tablespoons of water to everything. It may be the way I heated but the noodles absorbed all the liquid so it did come out a little dry. That said, it did have a good Asian flavor that I expected. The whole bowl is 420 calories, it seems like quite a bit since the bowl isn't all that large. This would be a good side for sharing, or a complete meal if you added a protein.

The product did not turn golden brown, like lo mein, like the picture shows. It also doesn't taste very remarkable, despite the added vegetation and sesame seeds. I would only buy this again if it was on sale

This has a tang to it and a slight spiciness that lingers on your lips. To me it needs some soy sauce. It doesn't taste like teriyaki to me.

This was easy to make and perfect for a quick lunch at my desk. The noodles cooked up soft with a good chewy texture, and I liked that it comes with a sesame seed packet and little bits of dried veggies to mix in. The sesame teriyaki sauce was where it fell a little flat for me. It was more sweet than savory and got kind of watery at the bottom of the bowl instead of coating the noodles. I ate about half of it and enjoyed it fine, but it didn't leave me wanting to finish the rest. If you like milder, sweeter teriyaki flavors this might work better for you than it did for me. Great concept for busy days, I just wish the sauce had more depth.

BUTTTT… pair these noodles with your favorite ramen toppings eggs, steak, green onions, veggies, or whatever you like and it takes the flavor to a whole different level! 🔥🍜 I added my favorite pairings, and it really vamped them up. By themselves: 7/10 Dressed up with your favorite ramen toppings: 9/10 ⭐ Definitely worth trying, especially if you like getting creative with your noodles!

i took one bite and immediately threw it away. The taste was terrible. It had a rotten after taste. Like spoiled produce. Overall, regluar ramen is 100 times better and not almost $5.
