Stronger, saltier so I think it does excellent job preventing or getting rid of a sinus infection. Also takes less of this one to do the job than the regular strength version.

This is the best stuff for congestion! I always have the best results. The reason for 2 stars............. one of the bottles was empty! I took the plastic wrap off and it was a little drippy. Sure enough, it was empty. Unfortunately I bought this last spring and I'm sure it's past the return window. I should have unwrapped them both and checked upon arrival.

Only one of the Two work. The spray mist would not work on the second bottle! Had to throw it away!
