Simzlife 80lbs/24H Undercounter Commercial Ice Maker, Freestanding/Built-In Ice Machine with Clear Cube

I have a cube ice machine and want to keep it in as close-to-new condition as possible, which means cleaning it regularly to prevent the buildup of calcium and other impurities that seep into the refrigerator's water filter. This cleaner works wonders, softening the system's buildup and causing it to settle at the bottom of the water tank. I can simply drain the buildup or wipe away any remaining residue.

I'm really happy with this commercial ice maker! The size is perfect—it fit seamlessly under my counter without taking up too much space. It makes ice quickly and consistently, and I love that the ice stays solid for hours without melting right away. The stainless steel design looks sleek and modern in my kitchen, and it feels very sturdy. Setup was simple with the included hoses and accessories, and the self-cleaning feature is a big plus. Overall, it's efficient, quiet, and reliable—exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

The unit came very well packaged and arrived damage free. Thanks to FedEx and the Mfg for redundant protections inside the carton. The ice maker works terrific and was very easy to install. This was a replacement for a previous ice maker that cost 3X as much. This unit has far better features, is quieter and produces good tasting and clear ice within 16min on a thick cube setting of 2. Another nice feature is the internal LED light. While it stays on all the time it provides ample illumination for the inside cavity to see all you have too. The removable bin is a huge plus, my last unit did not have this option and it was difficult to clean and get to all the ice. Another surprising performance was how cold it stayed inside the unit when the ice bin was full. There was little ice melt overnight after the bin was full. (Has auto cut off of making ice using ice level sensor) I've purchased some food grade ice bags from Amazon (14lbs) and will be storing some of the ice for parties. Not for drinks but for cooler use. I'll use the fresh ice for drinks and cocktails. Strong buy, well made with 2yr warranty Lets see how it holds up after 6mo in Florida outdoor installation.

We like the ice maker and it was a great value but the noise level on it is very high. We have had a previous ice maker and you could barely hear when it ran! Also on the website it looked it it was going to be able to fit right into the water line we had but had to call a plumber to make the connection.

Have only had installed for 1 week but making plenty of ice so far. Paid a lot less for this ice maker than previous brand and hopefully will get several years of service before replacing again. Much quieter than previous brand as well.

Machine motor was loud. It leaked water onto the floor. We had inquired if the machine had a pump, but no one gave us an answer. The specification did not have much information about the machine. It was just not what we expected. It looked nice, but didn't meet our expectation. Returned it within a few days.

it leaks water and the company service department wants me to pull it out and fix it myself. it's a 1 year warranty!!!

Leaks everywhere even after having a plumber come look at it.
