A water dispenser that doesn't require lifting a heavy 3-5 gallon bottle onto the top of the machine, is what I really can use. As a senior, I can't lift or carry the 5 gallon bottles, so being that this model states it can use 3 or 5 gallon bottles was the sole reason for purchasing it. Looks nice, comes with detailed directions. I got the 3 gallon bottle, brought it to water dispenser, only to discover that the 'bendable' water straw is a rock solid piece of metal. It sticks way out of the 3 gallon bottle and so the machine is unusable for me. There is nothing 'bendable' to allow it to fit into a 3 gallon standard water bottle (see photo). The seller never should have stated it fit 3 gallon bottles when that is impossible with this machine. Very disappointed with a large, heavy water dispenser that I cannot use and I had to pay to have it brought inside and unboxed.

Having a bottom loading water machine is so much easier than having a top loader one. We go through about 10 gallons a week, so we use this thing a lot! This water dispenser feels as about as compact as a machine could be. It does make a low humming noise while it is filling up with water, but it's not too loud. The hot water is piping hot and the cold water is nice and cold. Side note: the water will not fill into the machine unless you have the bootom water door closed. This machine has some interesting getting started rules, just be sure to read the step by step guide, and let the machine stand upright for 24 hrs before plugging in. This water machine looks greats and works great. Totally a worth it purchase.

This bottom-loading water dispenser was packaged well and arrived mostly assembled. I especially appreciated being able to open the box from the bottom and simply slide the unit out, which made setup much easier. The hot water safety lock is a great feature. To dispense hot water, you must slide the red safety tab and press the button, which helps prevent accidental use by children or anyone who may not realize the water is hot. The bottom-loading design is convenient, and I like that the water bottle is hidden from view. The dispenser feels lightweight and functional for everyday use. My reason for removing one star is the cosmetic condition upon arrival. The top surface had noticeable scuffing/marks, and there was a small dent on the front door. These issues don't affect performance, but they made the unit appear less than new out of the box. Overall, it works as expected and offers some thoughtful safety features, but I would have liked to see better quality control regarding the cosmetic finish.

I just i got, and everything looks great. I tried both the hot and cold water and all is working well. I am very satisfied with this product.

It's a very nice Quality product that is a little louder than I hope for but it decent with everyday use

This is an amazing machine. Absolutely quiet. Water is cold and water is hot. And everything is continually cleaned by the machine itself!! I highly recommend this water dispenser. And of course another benefit? You don't have to lift that heavy water bottle!!

this item came late very late four days late FedEx said because of weather although when it arrived I couldn't wait to use it. Then I read the instructions say I have to wait 24 hours before use because of shipping. Man then it has to be prep for water dispenser the hot level room, temperature and cold. I like that each water has it own separate push button for water and it has a child proof hot level to receive water for safety measures. over all the water get very hot and cold . it's very quiet. I must say after the wait it's worth the setup. 5 star purchase

This bottom loading dispenser is perfect for my home. I'm using it with my 5 gallon jugs. It has a nice and sleek look to it. I'm only using it on the cool setting, not hot. I love the fact that it's bottom loading, so I don't have to strain my back lifting it up and flipping it. It's perfect.

Quality is very low. I returned and the cliche “you get what you pay for “ is true with this product. It was on sale and now I know why. I would have been even more disappointed if I had paid full price.
