SINGER® 7285Q Patchwork™ Computerized Sewing and Quilting Machine

I bought this machine over a month ago and am enjoying it so far. I sure wish a quilting bar would have come with this machine. It is a “Quilting Machine” but doesn't include a quilting bar. How can I get a quilting bar that fits the Patchwork 7285Q? I would love to try one!!

Did my research this is the machine I wanted. Just not DELIVERED YET 3/29, very disappointed with person I spoke with couldn't reply with any message as to when I might expect this birthday gift to arrive. Delivery was expected 3/25 big day was 3/28.

My machine arrived and the bobbin case was very loose. I was able to get it to work after adjusting a screw a few times. Also the needle threader wasn't working, that too, I finally figured it out after sending an email to the Singer Company. Felt I wasted a lot of time getting the machine to work when I could have been sewing. Very frustrated that I bought a new machine and it was not ‘sew' ready. A hugh help would be to receive a Manuel with the machine. I realize one can be downloaded but the print was so small was not able to read it. Now that I have it figured out I'm liking it a lot. Would I purchase again,? Probably!

missing accessories. Walmart says not their problem. Contact supplier. Why? I bought through Walmart why are they not handling the issue.

I was checking it out and the one page instruction sheet referred to the instruction book and there wasn't one. I called Walmart.com and they contacted the third party that the machine came from and they emailed me that they didn't pack the item. The packing came from the manufacture and the foot pedal doesn't work at all. In all my years sewing, this really baffles me as the foot pedal has always worked when the machine is plugged into power. You touch it and there's a noise, but no movement, nor does the needle move.

The machine was never delivered. There was a series of promised delivery dates that kept being extended. Walmart should tell the truth about delivery capabilities. Plus Walmart customer service reps need way more training in how the system works and the ability to communicate with customers.

Box was damaged upon arrival. Used for few times thread would snap constantly so yes I changed many times. Machine bobbin spinner was very slow acting as if the motor was bogged down, then it started stitching upside down. I looked up so many things and tried to reset to factory setting; although I hadn't changed any. Machine wouldn't reboot. Total fail. Will not repurchase a singer.

I received the wrong machine and promptly returned it.. I have yet to receive the right machine. Very disappointed.

The sewing machine did not come with a user manual! I called singer, they do not supply them. If I want one I have to order it and it will cost me $18.99.
