I bought several machines for my granddaughter. As she got older, I bought the next upgrade machine. A small beginner's simple operator, the next size up with zigzag, then now a heavy duty operating as her dress making skills improved over the last 10 years. Never any problem

I purchased this machine to make crafts. It has not disappointed. Make sure you take out the bobbin case and clean under it. Thread trends to pop out of its pathway and you will have to rip them out to redo, but i am on top of that. :) otherwise, love it so much I purchased 2 of these machines!

I'm enjoying this machine very much. It's not as heavy as my older machine, the plastic housing isn't as sturdy either. But it doesn't seem to negatively effect the performance of the machine. Also, I really like the black color.

Bought it as a gift to self, very happy I did. Discovered later that my SIL has one and loves it. It's sturdy, has all the bells and whistles for beginner to intermediate sewing, but is also just basic and intuitive. I like that the interior is all metal and not plastic. I think the outer plastic casing could be a little more robust old style plastic, I worry that something could superficially crack it. Maybe that'll never happen though!

bought this same machine elsewhere but tension wouldnt work right returned it and bought it at walmart and tension works like it is supposed to

I've been sewing for 30 years this machine is absolutely awesome!! I'm currently teaching my son how to sew he loves this machine

I needed to modify several of my denim jeans to be shorter and this was perfect for that. Love the machine's color, ease of use, and stitch options. I love the little light it comes with too so you can better see where you're sewing.

Great machine, not real heavy. I got It just a few days after I ordered it online. It's very easy to use. I like the needle threader. The only cons were not many presser feet.

I've had this machine for about a month now and to be fair, I know that's still too soon to really debate how this machine performs especially considering that it's my first one ever. The only times it's given me issues (twice so far) is that I didn't properly load the bobbin and it all got stuck at the bottom of the machine but it was an easy fix after looking up some videos. I also bent a needle after 5 projects (idk how often I should be changing it, some people say after you've been using it for 8 hours idk how accurate that is either). Other than that, I still really like my machine plus I did get it slightly discounted from this site when they had a sale a couple months ago.

Jams all the time - need to stop all the time to fix - unless you're very, very patient, don't purchase - I'm sure there are many other, better choices
