My box was delivered to me very damaged on both sides, and I am also missing the instructions manual that was supposed to be included with it. I bought it brand new, and while the machine itself is not damaged, I highly recommend suggest going to the store to buy it or use the pick-up options instead.

Very disappointed I would definitely not pay $100 for this Box was damaged, opened and retaped! Machine was used! Sold as new! Machine is very small! Will be Returning the machine

Arrived late and broken.

I ordered the product, paid for it online because it was indicated that the item was in stock. I received a message the day after that my order had been cancelled because the product was not in stock. This is unacceptable because I know that someone was not doing their job.

The product was not even delivered to the door, and the box came in bad shape

When i ordered this machine , Walmart automatically added it to delivery instead of shipping?? and when i got my groceries the sewing machine was not available at that time . then refunded my money 3 days later. When i had the $94 replaced i then had to reorder and hopefully get it shipping, only in those 2 or 3 days they raised the price to $105 and it should have automatically gone to shipping

Do not purchase this item from Walmart. This item was purchased online and retrieved via curbside pickup. Two days later, I attempted to return it in-store. The item was unused and unopened. The associates assisting me stated that their system would not allow the return because the item was purchased online and allegedly “not sold in the store” due to the barcode. However, Walmart's published return policy does not disclose or support this limitation. After failing to resolve the issue, the associate contacted a manager (Micky), who informed them, despite being out sick with COVID, that I should call customer service to obtain a barcode for the store to scan. This instruction was illogical and did not resolve the issue. At that point, it felt as though the goal was simply to move me along rather than provide a legitimate solution. After over an hour of back and forth, during which the associates demonstrated a lack of understanding of how to process the return, I reluctantly accepted a store credit solely due to frustration with the situation—not because it was an acceptable resolution. This experience was unprofessional, inefficient, and unnecessarily frustrating. As a result, I will not purchase similar items from Walmart again.

If I can give zero, I would. Box was already open and taped back when I got it. I did not have a chance to use until now, it became quite clear why it was returned as on my second attempt to use it, it did not sew/move forward. What a mess! I will be returning.

Please refer to my previous comments. The box itself had been taped over several times. The sewing machine inside appears to be someone's return. An accessory was missing, plastic baggies had been opened, spools had already been threaded, etc.. Have contacted the company, awaiting a response.

I haven't received the product though I called customer service and was assured it would arrive by end of day. I can't rate a product I haven't received
