Easy to use, easy to clean.

The bracket that holds the arm and wire is loose, makeing the wire not always go into the slot

Looks solid, but is actually not, making it a bit more "delicate". The slicing mechanism is also very loose. For the cost, it is suitable as a slicer if you are just tired of using knives and floss.

this does not come with any directions on how to use it or how to change the blade I tried looking up online to see how to use it and there are videos posted but I thought it would at least have a care and cleaning instructions with it

Better wire end connections

Not very sturdy, hard to slice thin slices of block Jack cheese.

We put it together ( wire only), which required the help of another, younger handyman. We had a small block of cabot cheese. After 4 difficult slices, it broke. Into the garbage it went.

The wire and handle are loose. This does not cut with precision in any capacity. It's not even aligned with the gap in the cutting surface. My fiancé was super stoked about this. I was skeptical. I'm hoping my $7 hand held is far superior, as well as $10 cheaper. It will be here tomorrow.

Returning this item. Wobbles on flat surface. Handle with wire wiggles, as well. Makes cutting uneven and difficult. Not pleased at all.

The first time I used it wire broke. It has sharp edges. Sending back.
