Six Star Pro Nutrition Pre-Workout Powder Explosion Ripped, Watermelon, 6 oz, 30 Servings

Over the past several years I have tried many different pre-workouts. This has been one of the best. It tastes great. Provides me with a bunch of energy. And, to top it off, it is very affordable. I have gone through several tubs over the past several months, and I plan to continue using it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

For being a female I find it more difficult to find a pre workout that really targets my goals. Not only does this project taste amazing, it really provides me with all the energy I need to get up, get going, and get a productive workout in. It helps me stay focused and goal driven to the things I want to achieve. Overall 5 stars, I would recommend this to anyone.

Everytime I used this pre-workout, I felt a significant difference in my energy levels, heart rate, and my ability to be explosive in the gym while lifting weights. I have been taking it every day for the last 30 days and can say it's made a real impact in pushing me past a plateau. The taste is great initially and could use a little something to help with the after taste and smell in your shaker bottle but nonetheless I enjoy it very much. 6-star products is getting 5 stars for this one!

I hated the taste. I don't know what's the best way to take it, diluted in water or tipping the scoop straight into my mouth and drinking water straight after. Both ways taste very bad. But the effect is very good, I'm satisfied, I have a lot of energy to train and it doesn't give me any bad effects.

I am a cyclist and bike about 30 miles almost every day. I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now, about 4-6 times a week before my ride. Due to the fact that I am a college student I often have to wake up around 5-6am in order to get a good ride in before my morning classes. This product definitely helps kickstart my ride on those early mornings. There is a bit of a weird tingling sensation that I get for about the first 30-45 minutes after the shake. I usually do not drink caffeine so that could be why I noticed the tingling so much. Also about 2 of the times I used this product I experienced a sort of energy crash duringthe last 5 miles of my ride. The taste of this product is VERY strong, I usually have to mix 1 serving with double the amount of water due to the sour and concentrated taste. Overall this product gives me a great and usually long lasting burst of energy to get me through my 30 miles, even early in the morning.

Id say so so. But im 54, and Type 2 diabetes. This does a so so in getting me pumped up to do the workout. usually 2 servings are needed, which makes this good for only 15 workouts. On the good side I guess, it does not make me feel wired. And you will not get ripped unless you restrict your calories, which can get you "ripped" without this. I like this for the cost.

It tastes fine but after a half hour it makes my skin hurt. Completely uncomfortable feeling. In all honesty it did nothing for my workout except make uncomfortable.

I did not realize the flavor was watermelon, I thought I had ordered the berry flavor. Except for that anomaly, I had no problem

Watermelon lies, tastes like someone took all the bitterness in the world and ground it into powder, marketed it as this product. Doesn't make enough difference in performance to be worth choking it down. Made me not want to workout because this was part of the routine until gone.
